Holiday Inn Club Vacations At Orange Lake Resort

Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in einer schönen Umgebung. Unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Es war für uns nicht klar, dass es sich beim Holiday Inn Club Vacation um eine Organisation handelt, die versucht, Wohneinheiten zu verkaufen oder längerfristig zu vermieten. Nur nach einer geführten "Tour" durch die Hotelanlage hätte man reduzierte Eintritts-Tickets für die einzelnen Parks gekriegt.

Tolle großzügige Poollandschaft. Außerdem haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Apartement bekommen.

Beim einchecken ins Hotel wurde uns die "Breakfast-Tour", die nur 1 Stunde dauern sollte, sehr empfohlen. Hierbei handelte es sich um eine Time-Share Veranstaltung, die ca. 4 Stunden dauerte. Das Frühstück o.g. Tour wurde in "Pralinenform" angeboten. Schade um die Zeit.

It was very clean, not too crowded at the pool. I like the feeling of security.

Complex is now too large. My unit was 2 whole miles from the front gate. Also, I think there should be two lines coming in at the front gate so that people asking questions don't hold up the line. Also, when asked upon check-in if I want to tour the resort and I say no, I don't want to be called early the next morning and asked again. This happened to me in August and again last week.

The lazy river and the pools were awesome and the fellow who finally checked us in, Raul, was wonderful. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The East side of the resort was intimate and nice and quiet with music that wasn't blasting.

I could do without the vacuum cleaner in the closet -- it was smelly. The fellow who we approached the first time we tried to check in seemed as though we would rather be somewhere else and didn't seem to have time for us. He made us wait until he rearranged brochures and talked to a gal who had had a dream about him. Didn't find those two very professional. We were handed over to Raul who was really great. The band on the West side was way too loud.

The suite was spacious and the grounds were well kept. The activites were fun, our stay was to short to enjoy it all. The next trip will have to be longer just to enjoy all the resort had to offer.

Check out time was to early and the housekeeping staff was rude about it.

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Hotel at Orange Lake Resort is an excellent hotel. It's situated in a fantastic location very close to all the Disney Parks and has a load of restuarants right on the doorstep along with good large supermarkets. You will need a hire car- like most hotels in Orlando. We had a 1 bedroom villa and this was ample big enough for us and our 9 month old baby, the villas are kitted out to a very high standard with everything you could need in the kitchen. Also the balcony was nice with the patio when you wanted to sit outside. The resort is big, but this made it more appealing as there was more pools to choose from, more restaurants etc. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone staying in Orlando

My Husband and I absolutely loved this Resort. We were fortunate enough to be in one of the buildings that was conveniently located near one of the water parks.

The only thing I did not like so much about the resort is that since it is so large, you have to drive to other areas of the resort. I think golf carts or something should be provided.
