Holiday Inn Club Vacations At Orange Lake Resort8505 West Irlo Bronson Memorial, FL 34747 Celebration (Show map) Very good, Score from 314 reviews“The hotel is very family oriented. I traveled with my husband and kids and we had a great time. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had many pool options. There are so much to do on site, you don't need to leave the premise. The resort was conveniently located to the Disney World Parks. They nickled & dimed you on things, such as, the lazy river, mini golf, and the slide. In my opinion, this should have been included in the price of the stay. Real cheesy!!!!!

I enjoyed how private the villas are. The accommodations are excellent. I will never stay at a hotel again if I can help it. I didn't like the sales presentation. What was promised to be a 90 minute presentation turned out to be 3 hours. I recommend skipping it.

Check in process was too long. On the second night after a looking day at Disney we returned at midnight only to find that our, eyeshade been deactivated. we went to the lobby where several families were in the process of checking in and immediately advised the clerk that our keys were deactivated. He requested that we wait until he fiinished up, he went onto register additional families that were waiting on line. We ended getting on the line and doing the torturous check in twice!

I liked that it was a gated community. I liked that the kids could take the shuttle to other parts of the resort on their own. I liked being able to run and bike in the resort because it was so large. The lake front/beach was nice and all the pools. If you forgot to get anything while you were out they had a market with everything and it even had decent pizza. I liked that my efficiency unit was remodeled with granite and had the white sheets over the down comforter. I thought I was getting a double and they gave me a king as well. Apparently, it was extra to have your room cleaned daily. I also didn't like that they were trying to sell time shares.

I have been to Orlando many many many times in the last 2-3 years because we have season passes to the parks and have stayed at many hotels some more than once. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at for the price I payed. My entire family wants to return again just to stay at the hotel and enjoy the ammenities. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my suite. No flat screen T.V.'s in my unit. Mildew stains in my shower.

The 3 bedroom villa was very nice and well decorated. The pools were also very nice. It is so spread out that it is very hard to get around if you don't have a vehicle. It is very hard to get to the registration area to catch transportation to the airport.

Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect for us. We have 2 kids: 6yrs & 9yrs. Who slept on the pull-out couch while we still got our own room. It's a little farther from Disney than we're used to staying, but we couldn't beat the price. The full kitchen was a plus and saved us even more money! At the end of our stay they even credited our account a resort fee they had accidentally overcharged us for. They even provided laundry detergent for the washer/dryer at no additional cost. My husband loved that their was a Starbucks on the premesis. They have a cool fun zone for the kids. Large inflatable slide, trampoline, and tubes for the lazy river! However these all cost extra. When we tried to purchase a "day pass" for these things and we were told it only came in a 7 day pass. We were only staying 4 nights! So needless to say it was disappointing for the kids but they were great about it because they could still just float along the lazy river and go down the water slides for free!

We enjoyed the pool and waterslide although were unable to miniture golf because it was too crowded. We had bought a 3-day pass to enjoy all the activities and never got to use them. Very large and somewhat overwhelming. Expensive for additional activities such as lazy river.

The ability to have a "family/home" setting with the comfort and ability to feel comfortable and still have the vacation energy. The villa could have been a bit cleaner and the crib and high chair availabilities were very limited.

The room was well laid out and clean. Lots of different activities to please everyone in the family. The resort fees didn't include anything to do with the resort. The resort activities were charged separately (IE: tubing, mini golf). It felt like a cash grab.

The location of the resort is excellent. All major attractions and shopping needs are close and easily located. The resort offers daily activities you could try at your leisure by leaving non-evasive phone messages at your villa. The facilities and grounds are well kept and all the staff we encountered were polite and professional. Of great importance was the quoted price for the reservation was exactly the final check out price. Always good news when no hidden charges occur.

We wanted cheaper tickets for some parks. They said: "ok we can do this but you just have to go to our hotel / resort tour.. We show you the pools and gyms and stuff like this, it takes you 1,5h" at the next day there was no hotel tour. they wanted to sell a house for 40.000 usd to us (time sharing) 3 guys talked to us..but we are 22 and 23 and have no 40.000 bucks! they dont gave up... crazy they never gave us new towels or cleaned never our room. one week!!! the bed was also not good. stuff was unfriendly.. NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly staff and a great location! We had no idea that the resort was so large. Geat options and good restaurants! We loved the room size, location and general unit equipment, except as noted below. We found the beds quite hard and there was not a foam overlay for the top of the mattress. The pillows were rubber balls and bounced on the floor! Feather pillows were not available, I had to buy one! The washer was well used with the washer basket loose inside the washer! This may be a hazard! Room 5464.

The wait to check in was over 30 minutes. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I realize that the Holiday Inn is not associated with upscale resorts, but I think even the Holiday Inn would not want their name associated with the property. The houskeeping staff was horrible! They called us 3 times on the morning we were checking out to confirm that we would be out of the room by 10a.m. I complained to the manager and he acted horrified, but obviously did nothing because we were called at 8a.m. 9a.m. and 9:30! It was very frustrating. We will never stay there again!!!

Everything about this resort is amazing! The rooms are very spacious, the grounds are well groomed and the staff is awesome! For only 50.00 each, my kids had unlimited use of all activities for the entire week. Mini GOlf, Giant water slide, bungie jumping, rock wall climbing and some other activities. Tyhere are planed activities daily that everyone can participate in. Service everywhere in the resort was top notch! I would go back here in a heart beat!! :)

The swimming pools/games facilities were great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was large but well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay. All the restaurants on site will deliver or you can collect which is quicker - this was great after a long day at the parks. Also there is a Publix (supermarket) at one of the 2 entrances. When we arrived the apartment we were given had not been cleaned since the last people had left and so I had to phone to the front desk to be given another room. After travelling for over 16 hours to get there I was a little disappointed with this, but we were shown to another room quite quickly.
