We was told the bed was a double it was a queen single when complained was told it was a double and then igniored. No breakfast option offered at the restaurant
Would like a room closer to the campground, but that wasn't the resort's fault.
My husband and I loved this hotel lots of things to do. Very close walk to the ocean. Being on the Port you can watch the cruise ships and fishing vessels come in and out
The unit it self was very nice, the pool,
The location isn't good, checking in is fairly labourous
loved the spacious unit- apartment loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.
would recommend it for more than a one night stay.
The pool and location to the cruise ports were nice.
Shuttles to the ports had were not great. Had to actually get on a shuttle that cost $5 person and the hotel is dirty and staff weren't very helpful or friendly.
We loved the pool, the water slide and all the amenities available for the kids! Our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable! The staff was most helpful. We stayed in a room with a large kitchen and living area and loved it! We wish we had stayed longer before our cruise. Would certainly come back againand recommend this hotel to anyone with families!!
loved the facilities and almost everything else.
wished the building was closer to the water so the view would be even better, but enjoyed it as it was. The second bedroom had no view, butwas okay. The only issue was my friend didn't like the window in the room to the hall. It made her nervous that someone could see in or possibly get in. Also, a maid walked in without even knocking.
The pools & water slides were great for the kids. We stayed here before our Disney cruise and it worked out great. Great place for families to stay.
The pull-out couch bed was not comfortable. They need new ones!
Geared to time share property
Awesome family place
The beds are very very firm
It had great wifi, good kitchen and was quiet. Surprisingly a nice hotel but not a good location unless you are just wanting to stay at hotel.
That it was a holiday resort hotel. Also don't go for the talk on buying an apartment - you will lose hours of your life you will never get back - it is bad.
Loved the movie theater, great food, awesome pool and my daughter loved both indoor and outdoor play area
More access needed to the beach. I was only there one night and took 1.5 hours to figure out how to get to the beach. I asked the staff and they just kept pointing... Also, a place is needed to buy a good breakfast, not just coffee and cookies in the morning
Wonderful resort with a great staff.
Lounge chairs around the pool decks are next to each other like sardines in a can. Need to take away every 3rd lounge chair so you can get onto the chair at the side - not crawl up the chair. If all those chairs were full they would be over capacity for the resort.
Very clean, and friendly. We loved the kitchen area and having a washer and dryer was awesome. The main bedroom with the king size bed and ensuite was a very nice touch. Absolutely loved the place. The view was incredible, we would definitely come back.
We would have liked to see the hotel shuttles run later than 8pm, because if you stayed at the pool area in the evening or wanted to watch a movie at the main hotel you had to drive or walk back to the other hotel location. We also would have liked to use the rented beach chairs/umbrellas past 4pm.
Every thing is perfect
loved the amenities
not a lot to do in the area
Lots of things for children to do.
Labor Day weekend was very crowded in pool area. Long way from beach to main complex. Short on frying pans.
Nice water park, restaurant was good room was nice kitchen and washer quite small to what we were expecting! Some really good seafood restaurants round at the port (The Cove)
Beach was disappointing too bare could do with some board walks benches to sit on or a cafe for people with kids/elderly. Didn't appreciate cleaning staff standing outside the room door from 9am as we weren't checking out until 10am one knocked and another came into our room without even knocking! Not good!!! Not yet upto Holiday Inn Club Vacations standards!
Location , good parking
Pools close too early ,slide closed down, lousy room view, can't charge food & Drink to room.Lack of pool towels, no house keeping, no service shown to room.
Excellent facilities including a large pool and lazy river. Apartment was large with good facilities. Short walk to the beach.
On checking in and after a long journey we were given a free "gift" - an empty space centre bag - in order to pressure us into attending a timeshare meeting. We requested a pool view room and got a north facing room facing a building site (although you can also see the cruise ships passing and the Kennedy Space Centre from here).
Pro: 1) The water park area is the definite highlight if you have kids. If you do not have kids, or have kids that will not use the water slide and lazy river, you may think twice about staying here. 2) Decent pool side bar & grill with the usual offerings. 3) You have to take a short tram ride to get to the beach, but that is OK. Its a nice beach.
Cons: This is in no way a "resort" for adults. Don't set your expectations at that level. 1) NO pool side towel service??!!. You can't call yourself a resort without this fundamental amenity. What a tremendous inconvenience. You must traverse a long winding hallway inside the main building to sign-out cheap, small Wal-Mart towels. 2) NO breakfast available onsite. Hopefully you've rented a car, because that's the only way to get breakfast or go to a store and buy breakfast items for your unit. 3) Resort "lock-down". Everything closes at 9pm, including all the doors. If you are at the pool after 9pm, too bad. You must walk all the way around the building to the front door to get back in. The back and side doors will be locked on you. What a tremendous inconvenience. Hint: Hire a pool/grounds security guard, like a real resort would do, if your that worried about security. But, don't lock your guests out.
pool, waterslide, room, location, beach, lazy river, free parking and location to our room, checking in before 4 was good (we got there at 11:30 and room was ready by 1) and friendly staff!!
our room key to the outside door by the parking gargage didn't work (we had to go down several times to get it to work), not being able to check out late, not picking up our trash or getting us more towels when we had called several times.
Location, beach, tram to beach and the old Ron Jon specials like movies, kids "romp room", putt putt. Very courteous staff.
WiFi not strong. Villa for 6 needs 6 big towels not 4. Water park could have a few more things. A little pricy!
