Situation was good
It was good to have a restaurant attached but it could have been better.
coffee pot did not work
Room Service was never Done on second Day,, no Towels on second day, no Soap etc AA lot of traffic noise on that side
food was very good... Tateonia was excellent.
Room and facilities met are requirements.
Restaurant While still eating first course was asked if I wanted dessert, then asked if I wanted check. Food was disappointing.
We liked the room, bed was comfortable, newer tv, nice shower, staff addressed our one concern immediately!!
Didn't like that they offered nothing for a complimentary breakfast. Holiday Inn Express offers an amazing free hot breakfast and is usually cheaper per night. Didn't realize breakfast was not included or would have probably picked another hotel.
The facilities where clean and the staff was very gracious, kids had a wonderful time.
Easy to find, friendly staff, great breakfast.
no elevators...building numbers hard to see
Location very helpful staff at desk
Limited parking--when motel full of guests! No breakfast
It was comfortable. Staff was excellent, went out of their way to help you.
if anything at all would have been nice to just have a continental breakfast, but really no problem.
Staff failed to control loud conference attendees until complaint made. Should never have had to complain. Staff should have taken initiative to control loud behavior in passage ways.
Newly remodeled, friendly staff, centralized location. clean decor
No elevators, had to carry bags, ice chests and daily excursion supplies up and down stairs. Make sure to get a down stairs room if your over 40.
The shower is a safety hazzard. In order to turn on the shower you either walk in and turn it on and get cold water in your face on a slick floor or you lean over the toilet and reach in the hole that has been cut in the door and turn it on.
Staff was great and friendly
There is no elevators so if you are not on the first floor you better have a strong back. Also for the price you should get a continental breakfast or at least a discount at the on site restaurant.
All the comforts expected were excellent, the food was Holiday Inn fare, nothing special, good for breakfast. Rooms were nice and comfy and clean
The price is outrageous.
The staff was friendly, from maintenance to maids, they all had a smile and made you feel welcome.
A bit pricey for just a room. No continental breakfast (they have a restaurant..$)
The quality of the rooms was much better than I expected from the rather stark and ordinary buildings. The dull hallways left me anxious about my room but it was quite comfortable and well done. Restaurant was good and open early for travelers,
Just the visual of the hallways - not inviting.
Free parking and reasonably good free wifi.
No lift. Carrying luggage up a fairly steep set of stairs is not very good if you are an older couple. We booked based upon a pre-paid, non-refundable rate. The amount was not paid upon booking so when finalising the account we were at first charged based upon the current rate of booking. I had to then negotiate payment based upon booking confirmation (of course the exchange rate had also changed within this time too). Be careful when booking this hotel.
Good size room. Central location
Hotel is a bit outdated
fine rooms, good breakfast, wi-fi OK !
Staff were all very friendly and helpful
I had to leave
