Location. Good bed. The room sometimes got very hot, and there didn't seem to be any way to fix it. I turned the thermostat down to 60 degrees but it kept pumping out heat. I had to open the window.

Great staff. They were so keen to listen to me and did everything they could do. Taxi service parks very close to the hotel so if you call they will come pretty quick. Big room and nice sofa, refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was gorgeous room. Heater (fan) was noisy.

Great location thought the beds were good- the amount of pillows were great The food was the worst I had ever had! The returaunt was BAD. Plus tried to get a cup of coffee at 10 AM they you staff at the frount desk acted like I was from another planet.... I was from Seattle 10Am in COncord is 7 AM in Seattle

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is located centrally which was ideal for the purposes of our visit. The rooms and the hotel in general was clean and tidy during the period of our stay.

The help at the hotel were very nice and helped me with out being asked or pushy.The room was very clean and smelled nice.The location was easy to see and find.The room was quiet,could not hear the other people in the other rooms. nothing

L'affabilita' dello staff Nel booking era confermato bed and breakfast included,ma quest'ultimo era presso un bar adiacente ed il personale o proprietari sono stati a stento accondiscendenti a darci due bicchieri di latte e due caffè con qualche cosa di dolce,dopo aver controllato con lo staff della lobby e però ci ha fatto rimanere male come se stessimo rubando o prevaricando il servizio accordatoci tra l'altro con intolleranza manifesta!!!!
