over priced and desk staff were not always the most helpful. Caters to flight attendents-they get service first.

Room service was fast and friendly and they provided a lot of food The service in the bar and restaurant was very slow, employees spent a lot of time talking to other employees. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff even though there were very few people in the bar/restaurant. Despite calling the hotel 4 times the shuttle took over an hour to arrive and they lied to me about being there in 15 mins, extremely disappointing. Then the driver did not speak English and texted on his phone all the way back, very dangerous! The hotel felt a little dirty and outdated.

Me encantó su ubicación, ya que íbamos al USOpen, y el parque donde se juega te queda a 15 minutos caminando, así como que tienen servicio de transportación al aeropuerto de LaGuardia cada 15 minutos... Y recogen y te llevan!!! De las 4 noches que estuvimos, en dos ocasiones pasaba gente haciendo ruido por el pasillo. Siento que les faltó un poco mas de cuidado con los huéspedes que llegan tarde y enfiestados...
