The hotel was very clean, the staff were pleasant, even in the busy times, they were helpful and very professional. Our rooms were comfortable, open and clean. The location is perfect for a trip to CitiField or to Queens Zoo (definitely worth a visit). Both are within walking distance - about 10 to 15 minutes to CitiField and a half hour to the zoo.
Reception staff member, Terrence, was bright and cheerful and did not mind the number of questions I asked him. I stayed there to attend a Mets game at Citifield. A lady reception staff member had one of the best smiles I have seen in ages. Can't remember her name, but she was on duty, with Terrence, when I arrived (approx. 4.00 pm on 15 Aug). Very pleasant place to stay.
Wifi was horrible

The fact that booking charged use then the hotel charged use 16.00 day for parking dirty and charged credit card after giving them other card for drinks lady on Monday morning rude won't stay there again to much for that places

Night Club at the front door with loud music, and people hanging out at 1am. No safe Parking on the street. Swimming pool was full of toddler that were be in a swimming class.

The room was clean and was quiet
We had to pay to use the computer needed to print off a rental form and we had to pay when your spending 200 to stay at a hotel that should be included if needed by a quest. The coffee was too strong. Breakfast was cold room was too cold
The room was nice overall, the public areas were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Service was good. Indoor pool and exercise faciliy very nice.
Several minor maintenance issuies in the room. This hotel is not really AT LaGuardia Airport, it is quite far away. The entrance (for cars) was very hard to find - we drove past it twice. Prices too high and no extras - breakfast not included, the business center charges for computer use.
Location and facilities
Staff who cleaned the room was very dependable.We left our mobile/cell phone and camcorder but nothing was taken or lost .
Shuttle bus frequency to the airport was poor.The drivers were helpful, but the frequency was not good.
Being upgraded to a higher floor without asking for it; this avoided hearing karaoke until 1 A.M. Polite, helpful people for cleaning the rooms and taking the initiative to help when our door key stopped working. Room clean and very comfortable.

Staff attitude was not good especially the night duty staff.
I did not get a chance to stay there my room was not confirm by the hotel.
I did not like the I call the hotel to if my confirm my reservation they told sorry Mr. no reservation and I get bill for $139. So how do you thing I feel now!!! And no hotel room.
