“ I was pleasantly surprised, for I had read other reports after I had booked and was aprehensive and expecting it to be a disappointment. It was so much better than expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had no complaints whatsoever. We had a great room on the 7th floor and a beautiful view of the bay. ”

Close beach and other locations Should have micro and refrigerator in rooms!! We did not eat at your location at all.

Very nice stay! Actually had things for the kids to do and didn't have to pay extra for it! I will be staying here every year in November! Thanks Hoilday Inn for making this stay so great! Nothing it was great

The restaurant was very friendly and worked well with families. The pool was clean and the staff were very friendly. There was only one elevator working on a busy holiday which was very annoying. Also, there were some very large dogs allowed, some with Pit breeding. This was a great concern when the elevators are so small and there are small children riding also.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had no complaints whatsoever. We had a great room on the 7th floor and a beautiful view of the bay. The room was clean and in order! My husband and I had not taken a vacation in years and thank you for making it such a great experience! I highly recommend Holiday Inn on Emeral Beach!

Horrible the elevators didn't work and the room was ughhh the white towles were stained and the sheets were stained with idk never again will I stay at the hoilday inn emerald beach The pool looked dirty and crowed if if I wanted to get it there was no room

Our room had a beautiful beach/ocean view....right on the beach with a balcony. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent! Plenty of interesting things to see and do a short drive away! Leaving!

being able to walk out the sliding door to beach. Need to have a TV in the bar outside. And more video games for teenagers to play.
