shuttle bus司机的服务态度很好。。 前台员工办理checkin的速度太慢了。。。10分钟以上吧，而且。。价格还弄错。。

Though I had stayed at this location many times before ( maybe 100 times over the past 12 years) and had done my reservation well in advance and guaranteed with credit card, I was told they had no room upon arrival in the hotel at 11.30. They had overbooked the hotel and hence decided to send late comers ( who probably were the most tired ones) to another hotel. I had important meetings the next day and was highly effected by their non management and over booking. I was told by the reception guy it was not him but management and there were 5 more people to arrive who had no rooms. It was due to basketball championships ( which means that many people who received rooms had reserved much later than us). At best they should have observed who booked latest to send them to another hotel. Beyond extremely dissapointed , will never go there again.
