Very friendly helpful staff, ART Shuttle, restaurant on site.
Very friendly and competent staff. Our door did not close well and the problem was solved in a couple of minutes as soon as we mentioned it.
Restaurant is very expensive and not always very clean as many families with kids are staying at the hotel. The breakfast with potatoes, egg bread, sausage, bacon, eggs was too oily for us and the only alternative from the buffet was some fruits, yoghurt and cornflakes (As a European it was weird not to see any cheese) or you could order from the kitchen, which again was too expensive for a breakfast. Be prepared for possible extra costs as parking (10$/day) and touristic fees (20-25$/day).
Good distance from Disneyland. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and the bed was comfortable
It cost me to use the business center computer. I have never stayed at a hotel that guests had to pay, not even another holiday inn
Location Location Location
No free parking n breakfast
The reception staff were extremely helpful and very professional. Location was excellent and facilities more than adequate.
The room had a smell, The walls had stains, the towels had stains, the decor was lackluster and cheap. The walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors CLEARLY. The room was not worth the price I paid for it.
Very quiet at night; peaceful rest.
Food at buffet in the restaurant was cold. Also, given the wrong check and the other group (whose check was twice our check amount) ran out before the staff could collect the right amount.
Wifi wasn't available
All great great place to stay
Splash pad Friendly service clean rooms
closeness to disneyland
elevator to slow and no a.c. on the hallways
Close to parks
Room smelled like barf, we were moved but not iffered anything for our inconvenience
Short distance to Disneyland
Way too expensive to many added costs $350 2 nights? , bathroom dirty.
For the price, this was a very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. It is a bit of a distance from Disneyland but there is a shuttle every 20 minutes and the $5 a day is well worth it. I would stay here again and will recommend the Holiday Inn to friends and family.
The location is unbeatable. Just steps from Down Town Disney it made our day. Only $10 per day for parking and the rooms where clean.
We got the included buffet breakfast which had a lot of selection but tasted disgusting. Thankfully we had also ordered our kids free breakfast from the kitchen which was palatable. My advice eat the danishes and cereal or bring your own.
Shuttle to and from Disneyland
Very poor customer service specially the front desk.
House Keeping Internet Speed
For a short notice I was able to still get a good deal and have Disneyland at a walking distance. Was able to do a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Disney.
Room buildings were a bit confusing. Had a room in the 3300 but couldn't find it. Needed to be more clear on how to get to rooms. Turned out the room was on the second floor instead of the 3rd. Was only told it was in Building 3 but wasn't aware on how to get there.
Close to Disneyland, friendly staff, nice rooms, and enjoyable pool.
Staff was really nice, the hotel was located convientally down the street from Disney Land and the room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel overall was really good. The only complaint I had was, I requested to have my room ready earlier than the original check in date due to long travels and we still have to wait 4 hours until it was ready, we had get dressed in a public restroom.
Many things have changed since my last visit there was free barking and free botlle of water and i smoked near the boll naw it is nosmoking area
location/close to Disneyland
difficult to turn into property from street lengthiness of breakfast process/having to use ticket vouchers
The staff was very quick to rectify the two occurrences during my stay.
First I found a pill on the floor and with a young child in the room that's not good. I ordered breakfast which at one point was a free breakfast at holiday inn....the 15 minute wait for our food was more like 45. Then the staff member who was doing room service didn't bring the eating utensils nor was my child's milk on the tray. We then had to wait 10 minutes for him to return with what he forgot. As an adult I don't mind waiting but a 6 year old isn't very adept in waiting especially when they are hungry. I tried to improvise as much as possible. Thankfully my son is somewhat patient and only nagged me a few times. Parking----not free. Where else was I supposed to park? The booking site should inform you of that. It should be included in the room fee not as an extra expense. If that was the case I would have parked across the street next to someone's house and saved myself $20 bucks. I just feel that the parking fee is unnecessary when you have to pay to use the shuttle to get to Disneyland. Or pay to park there. Someone needs to ask themselves are we making it convenient or inconvenient for our guests? I know it's about making money but also keep in mind that people travel from all over and are already spending an arm and a leg as it is. Then you throw on them oh by the way your parking is $10 per day.
