I was surprised that the room I booked actually had a sitting room and 2 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi in it. The rate I paid for this was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to Disneyland which was our destination, but not pricey like the hotels right next to Disneyland. The hot breakfast wasn't the greatest, but there was plenty of food so you could get filled up without eating the hot food. |

I really loved how clean and comfortable the bed was and felt; however, I reall didn't like how the carpet had stains and it looked sort of dirty in some spots. Overall my stay in the hotel was really nice and comfortable. |

At least I thought that this hotel was closer to disneyland as stated in the distance mentioned on the computer. But it wasn't so I really picked the hotel for the position of being a mile but disneyland was really about 5-6 miles away. |

There was enough room for the four of us, 2 queen size beds. The breakfasts had a veriety of different items. Rooms were adequatly clean. There were 4 of us staying in the room, we had to get additional towels each day as not enough were left during housekeeping. |

Our reservation was wrong (wrong dates), but the personel fixed it with no additional costs, beautiful room, beautiful and clean bathroom, nice breakfast, the hotel is situated next to a busy road but we heard no noise, close to the Knott´s Berry Farm (1 mile) en Disney World. The breakfastbuffet was not well provided all the time, not all personell was nice (reception). |

We booked rooms for 7 people in March 09 , paid full amount at once. However when we arrived at the hotel , we were given a room that can accomodate only 6 people . That was midnight , and I had to ask the staff to call the manager who was not that pleased with our booking , even though I told him that he should refuse to take us if he has no facility for 7 people , as I have to bring my elderly parents with us and also children. Eventually he gave us 2 small rooms for one night . Next day , we brought this matter up again , and they gave us one room for 5 people, and another room for 2 people but I have to pay an extra 400 dollars. I want to bring this matter to you for consideration of our refund . We have book a lot of rooms with you and this is the most unpleasant experience . |

The room (family suite) was perfect for our family of five and a great value for our money; the breakfast was great with lots of options for food. While it was not in the center of Anaheim, it was easy to get to the downtown area - a 15 minute drive and never any traffic. The pool was a bit small, the fitness center as well. |

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again. My room wasn't clean, but i did have a sign on the door until about 1 oclock. |

We loved that they offered a hot breakfast. We were expecting just a normal continental breakfast and we had eggs, sausage, bacon, bisquits and gravy. It was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. |

After committing to a family suite with 3 queen beds, we got stuck with a room having 2 queen beds, not enough for us. Also, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was so bad that it actually made 2 of us sick, forcing us to go back home early from our vacation. |
