The staff was great. They seem to care about their guests and keeping up with the hotels high standards. The food and coffee was as good as ever and plenty of choices for breakfast. The room was clean, felt like home.
The TV could have been better, but all in all it was just what we have come to expect from Holiday Inn a good price for a great stay.
ROOM AND CLEANINESS
PILLOWS WERE SO SOFT THEY AL.MOST WOULD SMOOTHER YOU
The staff was great
My bedroom looked out towarsd the Chicos mountains and I could watch a beautiful horse in a nearby field.
I was sorry the hotel was fully booked. I should have liked to stay an extra night.
We were treated like royalty and the cleanliness was superb.
The room was spacious. Very clean.
Completely enjoyed our stay
Extremely loud on our floor. Slamming doors and people talking loud in the halls late night. Walls seemed paper thin. We could hear every word spoken very clearly.
Warm welcome, comfortable environment led by a manager who cares enough to develop a team spirit among her staff. Great stay!
Everything was just fine.
Breakfast was awesome, cinnamon rolls....mmmmm
that I had to leave and come home....:,(
Great beds Good breakfast selection
No outdoor pool
I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. I also liked the choice of selection for breakfast. The staff was professional and friendly. Will be staying there often due to child being enrolled into the university.
The lighting was not the best in the restroom. Very dim.
The entire staff and facilities were great
The view out the back window on one of our rooms was not too good - but I'm sure you couldn't do much about that!
The bed was wonderful. And the hotel was easy to find. The front desk staff was very nice. And the best thing was the "managers reception" from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. (Loved this!!). Good breakfast.
Housekeeping issues...in the room refrigerator there was a leftover pint of Blue Bell icecream from the prior guest and the plastic that goes around a six pack. :( The face towel that had been used to clean the bath room had been left above the shower on the curtain rod. :( And...as a female who needs PLENTY of toilet tissue, the bathroom ran out of toilet tissue and there was not another roll available, so I had to use Kleenex as I did not want to call down to the front desk with another housekeeping issue.
It was all nice we like staying there
The location is handy to restaurants and El Paso airport. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly. It was a great spot for an overnight stay while traveling to Big Bend NP.
Great location and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the variety for breakfast.
Looks like they removed it, without me having to contest it.
A questionable $15.00 charge I had not authorized nor signed for.
The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi connection was definitely up to par and breakfast was very good.
Walls seemed a little thin.
The breakfast items were not exceptional.
I was travelng with my son and his family. The entire family was running a marathon in a nearby town, and we wanted to see highlights of Big Bend Nat'l park and Marfa, tx. Given these plans, location was good. Hotel was new and very clean. Breakfast well rounded an good.
I booked two rooms. We were 4 adults and 2 children. I booked a double queen, and a king with sofa bed. Two adults and one child in each room. When arriving at the hotel, in order to get the room with sofa bed, I had to pay an additional $24 / night. I was surprised since my booking info said I had already paid for that type room. The reason given is that I couldn't have a discounted room with the extra bed. Thought I should have known sooner. Because all was new, TVs were a problem in both rooms rented. Malfunctioning, and no one was too certain how to fix them. They were eventually fixed.
Absolutely perfect in all respects.
Excellent Staff --Location-Facilities....Will look forward for next trip..
A little pricey but affordable..
