    I loved every thing about this location. The design, comfort of the bed, breakfast was assume. The staff was nice and friendly. It was very convenient for shopping. Great Place to stay if you are in Charleston, SC.....

    Location and good two star quality.

    Having to pay a destination tax. Charleston's thank you to their tourist.

    The location was wonderful and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice and clean, the lobby was nice and up to date.

    I wish the rooms were bigger, I had just stayed a Holiday Inn Express near Folly Beach and the rooms were much bigger and the rate was cheaper. Also more variety in the breakfast would have been nice since we had to stay 5 nights

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool and fitness center were also very clean.

    Getting across a 6 lane highway to find dinner! Used the car the second night.

    Breakfast was good and hot each day. Room was kept clean.

    No butter on breakfast bar on Tuesday morning. They were OUT. Only used turkey sausage.

    The building and the accomodations were very nice. The breakfast was a great way to begin each day!

    We made our reservations online and reserved two - full or large beds in the room. Upon checkin we were told that only one king size bed in the room was available. When we showed them the reservations the explanation was that they are not responsible for reservations that were made online. So the first night three people slept in one bed the next night one person slept on the sofa. It was a great facility but I was let down because my huband took our 12 and 21 year olds daughters and the sleeping arrangements were not as I had planned. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was because it had a pool. Apparently it was so crowded that other guests didn't have space to use. Another disappointment but not sure if you could have prevented that. Swim suit of 12 year old - didn't get wet. :( I liked the hotel but will probably not use booking.com for hotel reservations in the future.

    The hotel was beautiful! It was clean and close to downtown and the beaches as well as to the Tanger shopping outlets. We used the fitness center as well as the pool. They provide an excellent continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and always spoke to us each time we passed someone. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be going back to Charleston and will stay here again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    If I had to voice a complaint it would be about the towels. One day our room was cleaned but the towels weren't replaced. They had taken the old towels but never replaced them. We ended up taking them off of a cart as we didn't know which room the staff was cleaning at the time. Also, we asked for wash clothes a couple of times. I don't like to use the same wash cloth that I showered with when washing my face. But this was not really a big deal as we just asked for them at the front desk and they have them to us.

    VERY nice facilities, everything was spotless clean and very up to date. Exceptional for the price. Will definitely stay here again at that price!

    I called at 12:00 to ask if my room was available for an early check-in. I didn't expect the room to be available since it was so early but I wanted to call just in case. The lady I spoke with told me that my room would be ready within the hour. I arrived 45 minutes later and was told that my room would not be ready until 2:30. My problem was not that my room was not ready, but that they told me it would be ready, when in fact it wasn't. Don't promise someone something that is not going to be fulfilled. The woman working at the front desk didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

    Quand nous sommes arrivés la moquette du couloir du 4ème étage et de notre chambre étaient sales. La baignoire ne se vidait pas. J'ai signalé à la réception que la baignoire ne se vidait pas mais rien n'a été fait le 2ème jour. Quant à la moquette elle n'a jamais été nettoyée durant notre séjour. La saleté de la moquette n'était pas du jour. Elle semblait avoir plusieurs semaines. Pourtant un coup d'aspirateur aurait réglé le tout. Qu'arrive-t-il à cet Hollyday Inn ?

    When we arrived, the carpet of the corridor and the romm were dirty. The shower didn't empty. I told the lobby the shower didn't empty but nothing was done. The carpet has never been cleaned during our stay. The dirt wasn't one of one day, but it seemed to be weeks. Using the vacum cleaner would have solved easily this problem. What's hapening in this Hollyday Inn ?

    Staff was outstanding. Rooms clean and comfortable.

    There were no laundry facilities and I had problems with Wi-Fi connectivity.

    Everyone was pleasant and courteous and greeted with a smile. The Housekeeper to my room was exceptially nice and very caring.

    Question #1 irrelevant as leisure; was there for a funeral.

    Clean room, helpful staff, breakfast was nothing special but convenient.

    The hot tub did not work, that was one of the reasons we picked this hotel :(

    This is probably the best-appointed HIExpress we've visited. Especially liked the adjustable reading lights above the headboard.

    While the location is excellent, the lack of a really good restaurant close by is a slight disadvantage.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Free breakfast was excellent and kept very well stocked at all times. Elevators were fast.

    Parking was somewhat limited and location, at times, was hard to get in and out in traffic.

    Quiet atmosphere; by major roadway, but didn't hear traffic. staff responded to cleaning problem when we reported it.

    There were fecal stains in the rim of the toilet, very obvious ad soon as we walked in since the toilet was left up--how could they have missed it? The room had not been vacuumed, and the blue throw across the bed had suspicious white stains on it.
