If it's a guys trip to Baltimore for a Ravens or O's game, you can't beat this hotel and is location. Waking distance to either stadium. The new casino next door is an added plus. Expect to pay more than the listed price. They will hit you for parking and a high tax. So definitly expect to pay more. If you area light sleeper, gets room in the back not close to the roadway. It's loud all night long. I will return for guys trips..
Some not much. No family no kids. Definitly guys trip hotel.
My wife and I just stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. The staff was so nice, and courteous, the room was very nice. We were very pleased with our stay.
The hotel was convenient, pretty well kept up, hotel staff was very good, and comfortable clean room for the night. Set right next to the horseshoe where we were able to eat, aND felt safe in the area even later when returning to the hotel. Good breakfast next morning as well. Pretty good value.
The customer service was great also the breakfast very clean
The fact u have to pay for parking and your staying at the hotel I've never had to pay at a place I was staying!!!!
Our room was very clean and well appointed. Many small but appreciated amenities (coffee maker, fridge etc.). Hallways were clean, quiet and well lit.The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were wonderful! At the time of our stay, it was very quiet. Occasional train whistle sounded like home, not a problem for us. Shuttle was convenient, & drivers were very friendly. Front desk staff, & cleaning staff all very friendly, always with a smile and a greeting!
Breakfast was ...not the best. Eggs were awful, both mornings. My only other con would be the parking situation, very tight squeeze, was worried our car was going to get banged up from people trying to maneuver. Watched one man make 5 attempts to get out of his spot! Felt $15/day charge a bit much for the tight parking.
Great location and price for a visit to stadiums.
Construction all the way around facility
at the time of my travel, there is a nearby construction of the Horsehoe Casino and I dont have a very good sleep. Also, the staff, refused to give me receipt for my stay. They said that I booked my stay thru a 3rd party, booking.com. Right now, I would like to reconcile if Holiday Inn charged me same as in booking.com.
Great beds, pillows. Attractive, functional room.
The staff was friendly and helpful
The parking sucked
THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN
location was bad construction was going generators running alnight dont take the shuttle the driver is a madman
Location was good. The shuttle to other areas was wonderful.
The price I signed up for from booking.com was not what was charged to my credit card. This feels very fraudulent.
The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The location was just ok. With the casino being built across the street getting in and out was difficult. When the casino is done I would think parking would be worse and a lot of congestion
Parking...our son was in Mercy Hospital and when we came back to the motel every evening there was not one parking space. People were parking against walls blocking other people in and they were parked against the exit gate. Sunday morning we were leaving for church and we had to wait until they found the person who as blocking us to move the car. They advertise one spot per room
The exercise room was nice. Breakfast was decent. The rooms are clean and most of the staff are friendly. Didn't really have a problem.
For the price of the room there should be microwaves in the rooms at least.
The room was nice, clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was OK.
Train passing by making loud wisle sounds several times during the night. The night staff not very professional or friendly.
The staff was very kind and helpful!
The elevator covering made it hard to know they were elevators but not really a big deal just so noted.
Free breakfast,, schuttle is also very good to the harbor
the breakfast was good! and that the shuttle was helpful taking us to the city, the room was nice and clean except for the very much noisy AC!
so I stayed here only for one night, I was there for an interview and I left a note before I got there that I just want a quiet room to get a good night sleep. the air conditioner turned on and off automatically and it was so loud that every time it did turn on, it woke us up! there was a train passing by a close distance from hotel and the train whistle went on the whole night! impossible to sleep. and to top it all off there was a construction site just next to the hotel and they started at 6, not to mention that they were loading till very late the night before! so overall i don't think I could sleep for more than an hour and I had an interview at the University the next day! glad it was only one night! oh and I did complain to the front desk, and all she had to say was "oh!!!" in kind of a disbelief!! like she was not aware of all those problems! i just don't recommend it
Location was good except for the construction going on.
A little too expensive when you consider an extra fee for parking. Two nights for over 300 dollars was a bit much for this hotel.
Noise and bright lights awful!
Near the city
Terrible room - although it was "non-smoking" it reeked of smoke. Horrible parking - there was some party going on and, when we checked in there was no parking. A security person had me park in an illegal spot and the next day , my car had a bump on the fender
Brent at customer service desk and Anthony shuttle driver both very NICE and professional :)
I loved the staff, they were very nice & extreamly helpful. The location was great we were so close to everything & the shuttle made it so convenient.
The continental breakfast was very crowded it needed to be spread out more so more people could access it, Also serving trays would make it better for people who wanted to bring there breakfast upstairs and eat the room.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! The complimentary shuttle really came in handy because the hotel is a bit removed from the Inner Harbor and parking there on your own can be a bit of a hassle. We ended up using the shuttle every day! The breakfast was substantial and there was little noise during the night. Overall, it was a great stay that was relatively affordable!
Close to the stadium
pool close too early.they change my resevation without ask or callme
