The smell was really bad I sprayed lysol and it didnt help at all musky dirty never stay there again only reason we had to stay was family emergency

Reception people were so rude, no smile, especially the Manager !!!!

Expensive for the value. Old Holiday Inn presented under new style...Just fine.

The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and the Lady who was in charge was excellent.

There was only 1 ice machine. It was a little far from the 3rd floor, but my husband managed.

I liked how clean the entire hotel is, I loved breakfast variety. Location is perfect, lots of shopping around, it is a very secure enviro Ment, it is my 2nd stayed and I will surely stay at the same location again , and recomend to friends. Manager was not as friendly that is the only negative observation, the front desk gentleman was nice as well as everyone else.

The manager which unfortunately don't have the name was not as friendly, and a supervisor or leader should always lead as example to the rest of the staff ( I know that it was a female manager). Everyone else was nice.

Location: Access to main Highways and Shopping Malls. Staff was corteous and Customer Oriented.

The Price was on the expensive side for the type of facility - Facilities expectations were not matched by the charged price.

I wallpaper was pealing off the wall in the restrooms. The lobby are carpet was worn and hallways. Didn't care for the professionalism when my son asked the price of something, and was told go check your finances.

The hotel's manager never says good morning or smiles.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is not too happy.

They allow smoking and the hotel is very conveniently located to both I-95 and the FL Turnpike.

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Lage des Hotels ausgewählt, da wir ins Maggiano's Little Italy bei der Town Center Mall essen gehen wollten und es in der Nähe war. Die Lage ist auch sehr nahe am Highway, die Lärmimission vom Highway aber gering (wir konnten nichts hören). Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, scheinten neuer renoviert und das Frühstück war gut. Preis/- Leistungsverhältnis war ok, die Motelzimmer sind in Florida unserer Meinung nach eher teurer als Z.B. im Westen der usa. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und gepflegt angerichtet.
