Nice comfortable room and reasonabl breakfast. Reception staff were polite and helpful.
Near restaurants and mall.
Sink faucet a little bit loose.
The Hotel was close to City Centre, walking distance for someone like me that enjoys a walk. Within 3-4 blocks there is a good selection of restaurant's.
The tub water did not go down so the tub was filled and no one would come after calling multiple times.
The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great- cheap cab ride to downtown. The atmosphere is very welcoming and safe. Rooms were clean, shower was great, microwave and fridge to use was a bonus. So easy checking in and out. Overall the experience here was wonderful.
Great price, good breakfast, helpful, friendly staff. Shuttle service was a plus.
Wish there were coffee mugs in the rooms, not paper cups. Had a little trouble with wifi conectivity, but it was resolved satisfactorily.
Friendliness of staff overall cleanness of the hotel
The room was clean, organized and comfortable. Free breakfast and parking was great.
The staff was horrible. Older Spanish woman gave so much attitude and did not address me what so ever. Only speaking with my partner when it was regarding my credit card information. Made us both feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Will never be coming back.
I got a wake up call 4:00am by mouse biting my bags.
Great location near the subway and Logan Airport.
shopping center next door free shuttle to boston medical center; subway. Only $5 to Logan Airport Staff
All Boston Hotels are expensive in summer
Good location, close to a shopping centre, spacious room and cleanliness
Staff attitude is like .... "we have seen so many like you" .... attitude
The wifi is excelent.
The room smell to tabaco
Good breakfast, quick checkout
When I got there and inquired about taking the shuttle to Logan airport the following morning, the lady up front told me that it would cost $5 and that I could pay the next day. However, I took the shuttle and nobody asked me for money. Don't really know what's going on here
Fantastically helpful staff; nearest subway station is a ten minute walk away, and they have a good complementary shuttle service that runs every hours to it. From there you're only a few stops into the city.
Only let down was that this hotel was a bit further out from the city.
Little bit far from the downtown, but really close to the metro station Nice breakfast, nice room, We rally enjoyed our stay
walk to restaurants and shopping. fairly easy access to downtown.
exercise room quite small. some Holiday Express Inns have a pool. not this location.
Kind of scary neighborhood which is pretty far from downtown and a cold walk from the trains
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Facilities and staff were great. They also shuttle you over to the T red line for quick access in and out of downtown. Nice big mall right behind with a Target, Applebees, Panera and Olive Garden amongst others.
The bed was my favorite the selection of pillows and comfort i slept the best i did in years and the staff was very accomadating.
Shuttle to metro station was helpful during rainy days.
There was multiple pre-authorization of credit card which I understand is a known issue with Holiday Inn.
The staff and cleanliness
It is a quiet, cozy and clean hotel.
It is a very expensive season to stay in Boston. This hotel had an average rate in about 266 USD. The Holiday Inn Express was cheaper than other hotels, but the price was much higher than the hotel could really offer.
