(Our stay was too short - I wished we had more time).
Check in was quick and hostess were more than helpful with dinner recommendations and our travel plans to Boston. Very pleasant. I made a point to tell manager in the morning of their helpfulness.

It was a drive to find anywhere to eat in the evening rather than a stroll. That we had to book ourselves on the shuttle the night before, rather than just be spontaneous.
That we were able to get in at the last minute. The staff were all pleasant but not obtrusive.

Bed too firm. Amenities were good, but no local channels were available on the TV/Cable.
Would have liked the availability of a double Queen size bed room vs. Double/Double beds. Mattresses were a little too firm and I had a difficult time going to sleep comfortably. Otherwise the hotel was pretty good.

A few things in the room were a little inconvenient: the bathroom light switch was outside the door; the plug was on the opposite side of the counter from the coffee maker causing a potential safety hazard were we to move the coffee maker closer; the lights we a bit dim. Also, the breakfast was too carb-centered.
Very friendly and accommodating staff; comfortable beds. I would stay there again.

Our room had the sink in the room instead of in the bathroom. Bathroom was extremely small but we managed.
At the desk, Diane was very pleasant and helpful during our stay. Had to move our room to a non smoking room on another floor as we are non smokers. But service was outstanding. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of good coffee.

We booked this room because it advertised free shuttle to the transport station, but it didn't note the hours of operation were very limited and not very accommodating to a visitor's schedule. Also it was not that close to other eating places or grocery store.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was everything we wanted on our overnight stop on the way to the Cape. My mother found the pillow so comfortable she wanted to buy one!

I hate not being able to open windows and have fresh New England Air- even if it is next to freeway. This is bad thing about many modern hotels.
The staff lady who welcomed me was very sweet and enthusiastic behind the desk. The pillows were really nice in that they invited you to sleep and rest and you sort of sank into them- ingenious invention "soft and firm" pillow choices. I liked this.

The room as well as the bed was ridiculous small fot 2 prople. We stayed at a room next to the stairs. The bed was only 4 foot wide. I guess they just gave us a single room for a double. When we ask for another room they told us that nothing else is available -wich was a lie since we still could book this hotel online with rooms available. Not recommended!

This hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get! I was not impressed that I had to pay $60 extra for a double room at the last minute. Very expensive night for an average at best hotel.
This was an average hotel in terms of location, breakfast, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean.

The carpet area outside the bathroom is damp, uncomfortable feeling when barefoot. Not easy to get WI-FI service. Need assistance from staff.
Breakfast is good. Room is large except the bathroom, with comfortable bed.

My guest upon check-in late (12:00a) found a group of younger men about 15-20 people out front who may or may not have been intoxicated and animated. They were hesitant to enter the lobby due to concern about a possible problem and waited outside for about 30 minutes for them to disperse.
The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Good customer service.

I have tried contacting management everyday this week and have been told repeatedly that management is not in the office and am extremely frustrated. I hit a ton of traffic on my way up to the Holiday Inn in Braintree from NJ. What normally takes me 4 hours took me roughly 8 hours. I had called the hotel when I was about an hour away and spoke to a man working the front desk. (He is a bald older man). I was starving and didn't want to make any further stops, the employee told me that there was a Wendy's in the area. I drive around for 30 minutes looking for this Wendy's. When I arrived at the hotel I asked the man where the Wendy's was. He said to me "you don't know where Wendy's is?" Obviously I do not I am from New Jersey! after he told me where the Wendy's was (about 2 exits away) I returned to the hotel and he yelled at me telling me basically that it's not his fault that I am not familiar with the area! He was SO rude! Something I have never experienced before. I learned on the drive up that my father has lung cancer. I was extremely depressed but this man had no respect for the guests experience whatsoever. I then get into my room and laid in the bed hoping to get some rest and I got bit by what I am presuming is a bed bug! I had to leave my carry-on bag in the room and lap top cover for fear of bringing the bed bugs home with me! I left upwards of $250 in clothing in that room. I was stranded! Luckily I was able to check into the Hampton inn for one night, then I decided to return home. I was sick for the next three-four days after that hotel experience. I was supposed to stay for three nights which you charged my credit card for and I asked the man, actually begged him to please cancel the room reservation which e did not! Please refund my credit card. There are three charges: 7/27/14: $168.72 7/25/14: $168.72 and $188.77. Please refund my credit card.

Expensive for the location and condition of the facilities. Public areas and stair wells could be cleaner and updated. Not an impressive facility given the cost of the rooms.
Comfortable room with good air conditioning in the hot summer.
