the staff was excelent we had a problem with the tv and she promptly fixed the issue

we could only stat 2 nights.

Great breakfast. Great bed! Spacious room. Big enough to play cards with another couple traveling with us and staying in another room.

A little hard to get to and out of but I don't see a solution to that except a good sign at the turn-off.

Super clean. No smokers. No pets. The bed was very comfortable. The suite smelled very fresh. Very friendly staff. We will stay there again for sure.

I liked how the comfortable the bed was, the amount of room for the money. I liked the microwave and mini fridge, and the 12pm checkout.

Our hot water ran out pretty quickly which was unpleasant. The breakfast wasn't too bad, although the juice was unappealing.

Facility was clean and handy to shopping. Would stay again.

When we looked out our window we saw and heard the air conditioning roof top units and it was somewhat noisy but on the other hand it was handy to have the room next to the elevator when with a toddler. Also the pool was way tooooo cold.

Convenient and fast check-in and check out procedure. Could use stairs to get to second floor room and did not need to use elevators.

Could not get the heat to stay on for vey long. Kept timing out so it was cold .

Front desk staff was great. Room was super clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast wasn't great. Waffles were ice cold and hard the pancake machine was broken. Bagels were like cement and cereal was too sweet but the Spanish lady over seeing it all was very sweet and tried to overcome the challenges. We are from Canada and came To the states for some Xmas shopping. I'd recommend this hotel to others for sure

The breakfast was great, helpful staff, its clean and quiet. It is close to ferries, shopping, and restaurants.

We only stayed one night but all the staff we met were welcoming and helpful and the rooom was excellent.

Liked the breakfast being included in the price.

It was noisy. We heard noise from the lobby and from outisde our window which was closed.

Not being able to be offered the room we requested the hotel gave us the Honeymoon suite at no extra cost. We also enjoyed the diverse choices for breakfast.

The fireplace in the suite didn't work.

My room card did not work on my second day. I had to go back to the front desk to have it swiped again. My reservation was for two days. I do not understand why my room key did not work on the second day. Planned maintaince work on the pool should be known several weeks in advance of when it is done. I did not find out that the pool was not available on our second day until I arrived at the motel. I believe that there should be appropriate $$$ compensation when a featured ammenity is not available. The pool area was one of the reasons that I selected that motel.

Big, comfortable rooms. Good location for access to shopping. Lots of chain restaurants near by and some great local places as well. Good value with indoor pool that is open till 10pm. Free breakfast was only satisfactory, try Cafe Burlington (1.2 mi away) if you are a late riser or want something higher quality.

For some reason, Holiday Inn required that there be music playing outside the front entrance 24 hours a day. If you like to sleep with the window open then you might want to insist on a room away from the front entrance, or at least make sure the hotel remembered to turn it down before heading to bed.

Good value.Clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to the freeway to bet going again.
