The staff was very nice and made us feel like they were striving to make our stay as great as possible. It is clear that they are led by a strong management team. They have a shuttle that runs to the airport and to the train station, from which you can ride to Baltimore or dc for about $12 round trip. They are located within a mile of the Maryland Live Casino and Arundel Mills Mall. Quick access to the highway and a 15 minute drive to the Inner Harbor. I even enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancake machine. I will definitely stay here every time I return to visit my family.

The front staff was unable to get me in my room giving me several rooms before the key finally worked. I went up and down the elevator from third floor to front desk 4 times. This was after 10 pm at night due to late arrival

The location for what we were there for was convient. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. We like that the internet was through out the hotel and we could use our computers within the privacy of our room. And it was a very quiet and relaxing enviroment. I called the front desk at 1:00 am and the person answering the telephone was awake and alert. Never did they seem intolerant towards the time nor questions that I asked. They were knowledgeable, perfessional and very curtious. I would stay there again. Very Pleasant. Plus the breakfast is tasty and fresh.

I have liked the newness of the hotels overall. Have recently over the past two years have made holiday inn express my hotel of choice when traveling I thought the hotel was a little far from the airport, but soon discovered distance was really okay .
