I loved the comfort of the room. The bed was perfect, and I am used to a nice pillow top. The King Suite was better than expected and we were very comfortable. The pool was nice, the hot tub was perfect as well. We also enjoyed the morning paper and the breakfast had something we both liked. I will definitely go back. The hotel is close to what I believe to be the best shopping outlet mall in Washington state.
Nearby outlet mall, good choices for breakfast, quiet and clean.
Great, clean and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were very helpful and if you are looking for a clean large quiet place to rest, this is it. Very pleasantly surprised and will use this hotel again if I am in the area. I requested a top floor room and actually got what I asked for!
The room was great, clean, large, well appointed and comfortable, the heated pool & spa was lovely The staff was very friendly
The hotel backs onto a power substation and railway lines. The freight trains running all night were blowing there horns at the crossings which sounded like they were coming into our room as the windows are not sound proof. The front office manager was very helpful and understanding. Breakfast had runout of hot food by 840am and had to wait for 30 minutes
This Holiday Inn is in a good location if you need a hotel south of SeaTac. We were traveling from San Juan's and selected it as a strategic stop to avoid peak Seattle traffic. It's close to the highway and a newer 3 star hotel in an otherwise lack luster area. There is a restaurant one block over that has a broad menu selection and a full bar.
Our bath/shower though was one from hell and we reported it a hazard to the staff. It was a ADA room (we are able bodied) that had a hand wand shower head. We wanted a 3 star for comfort after roughing it for days in the San Juan's so the shower was something we looked forward to for days..,the shower became the low point of our stay. It's design (the adjustable shower head) is a recipe for failure as the clip that holds the sizeable hand wand is too weak to hold it for hotel wear and tear. It would not stay in place, it fell repeatedly and swung out of position. It flooded the bathroom floor spraying our prized clean change of clothes and the heavy wand injured one of us. We are both coordinated but it required vigilance and showering one handed. A tub bath would have been and option but the bath plug was also unreliable. We travel often and It is now a consideration when I make future bookings.
A fine accommodation.
Just top notch comfortable bed. We liked the availability of indoor pool and the breakfast was terrific.
There was not a street sign to indicate where to go in. The only thing I would add for axcessability.
Friendly, helpful staff and a great location - near excellent restaurants and convienient access to major highways.
Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent breakfast
TV is very complicated to use, but the staff did an excellent job in showing me how it worked.
The convenience of being just off the freeway; A fairly new hotel, which was really nice and the staff were all very polite and on top of everything.
There evidently was some sport function going on during our stay and the noise was unacceptable, as it went on for hours in to the night. Where were all the chaperones for these groups? I had to call the front desk since it got so bad and went on late in to the night. We were not happy since we had to get up early the next morning. Upon checking out, the girl at the front desk noticed we called about all the LOUD noise and she have us a $50 credit, which I thought was very nice. You might want to make sure going forward that any sport events are held accountable for noise after 10pm. It's really inconsiderate to let them all run around and be loud as well as stomping around above us. Thank you
Clean nice quiet great breakfast
