Clean place to visit...breakfast...and price. I was not satisfied with the receptionist. She was rude and had a low class demeanor. I am a manager of a hospital, and would never consider hiring her. She did not go above and beyond to look for my reservation from booking.com. She made me do it myself. I gave my feedback to the manger, hopefully he followed up. I have never had an issue checking into a hotel from booking online until that day. Called booking.com, and they sent it 20 times...fax continued to fail, but she didn't bother to check the hotel email until the booking.com representative told me to ask her for it. Hopefully, she isn't unwelcoming to others again because overall everyone else was pleasant.

Friendley Services Some areas of the motel (stirways) had a strong odor. The outside near secondary entry had trash on ground (bear bottles, paper, etc).

It was cheap and located near airport. There were some restaurants within walking distance. Daytime staff was friendly and helpful. Property and furnishings in rather marginal condition. Paint on outside of motel remarkably awful. Woman at front desk early in morning was surly.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, auch mit kleiner Veranda. Ein schön mittig angelegter und riesiger Pool mit ausreichenden Liegen und angrezender Tennisanlage. Der Pool ist durch die angrezenden Bäume ziemlich verschmutzt und nicht geflegt (unserer Meinung nach schon längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt), ebenso die Liegeflächen. Die einst schönen Gartenanlagen hätten einen Gärtner dringend nötig. An der Rezeption bediente uns ein junges Mädchen, die sehr unfreundlich war und auch keinerlei Lust hatte uns Auskünfte zu geben. Nur die notwendigsten Floskeln kamen ihr widersinnig über die Lippen. In den letzten Hotels, verschiedenster Kategorien, war das Personal wesentlich freundlicher, hatten uns oftmals Tipps gegeben. Vielleicht sind aber die anderen Angestellten freundlicher.

Nothing to like at this hotel. Nothing to like at this hotel. The staff was apathetic to our request to get clean sheets on the bed (stained sheets which were disgusting) and fix the broken shower (we had to shower with almost scalding hot water). Do not recommend this hotel to anyone we will definitely never stay here again! The proximity to the racetrack does not offset the terrible service and dirtiness of this hotel. Much better hotels just a couple miles up/down the highway in either Port Orange or Ormond Beach.
