The staff was friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Loved the pool. Decent breakfast. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. You could open the room window but there was no screen. I felt this was a safety hazard.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Hotel was extremely clean. When I booked this room it said a two bedroom suite. Therefore I was under the impression it was two bedrooms. It is a two queen bed suite. So the advertising of this room was VERY deceiving on booking.com as were the pictures. It shows a pic of a bed with a tub in the same room well that isnt so.

De ligging bij de Smokies. Goed ontbijt.En het feit dat er op korte afstand van het hotel in Dillsboro zelf enkele restaurants zijn.
