Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling that wants FIRST CLASS service and comfort.
It was nice, especially the bed. Don't like the checkout at 11am, I think 12pm is better so we don't have to rush out. Overall, clean room and would stay again
Checkout time 11am is too early!
Breakfast was not good. Beds were uncomfortable Staff was polite but understaffed. I waited 30 minutes to check in at 10:30 at night with only one person in front of me

That y'all charged $5 a person to trolley to disneyland!
There is no fridge, microwave...there is only 1 washing machine working for the whole week we were there. Too expensive compare to other hotels/Inn in the same area and they have fridge, microwave and the rooms are much bigger.
Didn't change the bed sheets. Booked for 2 queen beds. But got 1 king bed instead.

Walls were thin and neighbors were obnoxiously loud. Especially when my fiancé and I were trying to sleep.

Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable.
We have now stayed here on 3 different stays all this year from jan till now may, wanted to stay an extra night on the sunday as we had a midnight flight out and was quoted a ridiculous amount by Jina at the front desk who in my opinion should be not in this position went back to my room and looked at booking.com and found a room in there for half what she quoted me by this time i had enough and booked elsewhere nothing like customer service may never stay again little things like this on your last day stay with you.
The lady on the front desk JINA absolutely useless, should not be there and will never stay there again.The tv reception was very bad always freezing and very annoying if watching something you like and this was over our whole 3 day stay.

I liked that the lobby was nice and clean and nice to look at.
I did not like that the handle rail in the tub (for assistance for people with disabilities or other) had mold underneath it and the "clean towels" had long hairs sticking out of them. Also the beds are truly uncomfortable, you can feel the springs in the mattress. We paid a lot of money for 2 nights and so we ware highly disappointed with the room and the staff. Not once did they say hi or how are you other than when we were checking out. The cleaning ladies were nicer.

Noisy AC unit that cycled continuously. The stale bathroom smell due to the fact that the door had a spring closer that kept the door closed not allowing for decent circulation.
As a whole the hotel maintains its international standards except a certain staff who has no idea at all about hotel hospitality or costumer service.
A receptionist (vasquez) treated us badly without respect arguing for more than half an hour insisting he is right and we are wrong...even pointing to us we dont have a black and white as a proof of a previous agreement we had earlier to one of his colleagues..that whatever was it will be null and void and whatever rule he is presenting that time to us leaves us no option but to comply to his rules and conditions.WHAT A big boss he IS.Someone like him who has no manner should not have a place in front desk.He has no idea what hotel/guest service is.He needs to be educated seriously.
Guests seemed to have been spread out among rooms, which made it more quiet. Comfy beds and pillows!

The staff was incredibly friendly. They all were helpful with anything that I needed. Good T.V. and the remote actually worked.
The bathroom shower/tub was leaking all night. The room was muggy when I arrived due to this. The hotel phones did not work to call down to the lobby. I was able to make other calls just not to front desk.
