Called 3times for shuttle, the main reason I chose this hotel, but switchboard never answered... Therefore I had to take a taxi, which frontdesk imm.ly deducted from my roomrate.

Kids loved the pool and spa. For a suite, you could have had more wastebaskets or larger ones. Also like liners in baskets if possible. We missed the pancakes, machine was broke, but the breakfast was great. Needed pool towels checked more often. Out most times we were there.
