Holiday Inn Express Hollywood Walk of Fame  

So handy to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and central to the LA tourist places we wanted to visit - Universal Studios, Hollywood sign, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Rodeo Dr.

Proximity to Hollywood Boulevard, walk of fame Madame Tussauds etc. Easy drive to Universal Studios. Place was clean tidy and well maintained. Staff went out of there way to help out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for the Hollywood sightseeing we wanted to do.

The pool was close during our staying time for maintenance but there was no notice on website about that.

Recommend to stay here if you are visitting Hollywood area. Great location, short walk to Hollywood Boulevard, walk of fame etc. short drive to Universal Studios and MGM. Really friendly & helpful staff. Recommended places to eat and knew the restaurants as also recommended things to try. Clean rooms and hotel Breakfast was standard choice, but had everything we needed to set us up for the day Pool looked nice but we weren't in the hotel long enough to use it. Too many other things to see and do whilst we were there.

Location to Hollywood boulevard and parking

We did not have hot water for all showers but staff reacted quickly and fixed the problem...

Proximity to Hollywood Boulevard. Convenience for all amenities, close to excellent shopping, and restaurants. Omar, the reception manager was exceptional helpful.

No facilities for evening meal, or snack.

Good location, great size bedroom (familly of 4), comfortable beds, very friendly staff

Breakfast is ok, but could have a few more options, onsite parking is expensive

Staff nice - they initially put us in the wrong room (no kitchen) - but able to sort this out and put us in the correct room. Gym was okay and parking easy - it can be a bit tricky turning into the hotel as it is on a busy street. It's only a short walk to the attractions of Hollywood (Chinese Theatre, etc)

No cutlery in the kitchen and the kitchen was very small.

The location was great. The staff were also very nice & helpful.

Beds were not good. Fold out sofa was broken & the other beds were uncomfortable. My husband & I would be rolling into the center of the bed.

Cost and traffic noise. Breakfast room very crowded and seating was scare. we gave up going there after the third day of our 6 night stay

We were travelling through LA and wanted a to stay close to the Walk of Fame with no need to drive anywhere. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

For a family of 5 the double queen room and couch is not advisable - room is very cramped. The couch is a disgrace - clearly no one at the hotel has ever tried to sleep on it, otherwise it would all have been thrown out long ago. Also it is a very noisy and busy street and it feels as if you are right on the pavement - ever heard of double glazing?

Your Concierge "Omar" was fabulous, very helpful, friendly & assisted us with any query we had with a smile on his face. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return.

The staff were outstanding Free breakfast was handy Within walking distance of metro which was also very handy

They provided a list of places to see and how to get there by public transport. Omar and Bailey on reception were extremely helpful in suggesting special places to eat and visit.
