Friendly staff. Ready to help Could not change heat setting in the room myself. Heat is all done centrally. room was way to warm for sleeping

My wife and I found the Hotel to be an excellent value -- with spacious, well appointed rooms, all of the necessities for business travelers, a better than expected breakfast and and outstandingly supportive staff.

It was conveniently close to the highway. It has an underground parking garage good in inclement weather. The room was dirty; there was no soar; the staff was indifferent to our mention of this on checkout; staff was not knowledgeable of restaurant in town.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed room with fridge, microwave and new looking tv. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was just ok, with small range of hot dishes and few healthy choices, apart from over ripe fruit. WiFi was patchy and at one stage stopped working. For these reasons, we were disappointed in this not inexpensive hotel.

The room was extremely well designed, especially the computer workstation. I also used the business centre, and was impressed with the easy to use hardware and software there. The room was extremely clean. There were no signs of "wear and tear" that are typically seen in busy hotels. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. My only complaint is that the Holiday Inn Sign is not easy to see from Hwy. The driveway doesn't indicate that you need to take the upper level to reach the front portico. I was tired from a long day at the wheel, so I would have appreciated a really obvious approach to the hotel.

Had all the basic amenities....but it was very basic. The area the hotel was in was not very nice. Surrounded by other hotels, gas stations, and many vacant properties. Right next to the highway.
