service was great, we enjoyed the pool and breakfast. we found a leftover takeout sandwich box, with half eaten sandwich, in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Very friendly staff. Quiet, calm environment. I reserved a room with a whirlpool tub and the room I was put into didn't have a whirlpool tub. Kind of disappointing.

All service was fantastic from the desk staff, on duty manager and the room attendant. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was fresh & clean and very quiet. We had the best night sleep after a busy week in very comfortable surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay. Our children really had a great time swimming in the pool and having breakfast in their PJ's. The pancake machine was a big hit. The pool seemed like it could've been cleaned more. The water was a little cloudy.

Todo, pero especialmente el personal del hotel. El recepcionista que nos recibió (Jesee) es uno de los mejores que he visto en mi vida (y me hospedo en hoteles de forma habitual), agradable, amable y con muchas disposición para ayudar en lo que fuera, incluso de forma proactiva. Mención especial para el director del hotel igualmente orientado hasta el extremo hacia el cliente (gracias a él, encontré a una amiga que vivía en el pueblo pero que había cambiado de casa hacía tiempo y había perdido el contacto con ella, estuvo con nosotros más de dos horas indagando por internet). Las instalaciones son muy buenas y están muy nuevas y limpias. Dispone de piscina climatizada con jacuzzi, limpia y con el agua a muy buena temperatura. Además tiene lavandería con lavadora y secadora por monedas. También cuenta con una mini tienda en la recepción con todo aquello que se te pueda haber olvidado, además de cosas para picar y bebida. El desayuno es bueno, con calidad y suficiente variedad en comparación con otros hoteles de otras cadenas. La ubicación es muy buena con restaurantes y tiendas al lado del hotel y con un Walt Mart justo enfrente.

The staff went above and beyond in helping to calm down a young child who was visiting and had fallen and hit his head. Was not the easiest place to find without a gps
