My husband and children went swimming. There was a large group of kids (teens) in the pool, who were out of control: chicken fighting, running, loud, water everywhere (seeping onto the outside carpet). My daughter asked my husband why they were breaking all the rules without getting in trouble, as the rules were clearly posted. For the safety of my children my husband took my kids out of the pool after only ten minutes. He called front desk and asked if they were aware of the chaos in the pool area. They said they were and that "it was out of my control." We also paid for hotel services as much as the kids did. We will not be coming back to this motel for the disregard to other guests and their requests.

Clean Couldn't communicate change "single" from "double" occupancy w booking.com (which was the worst offender)
