Small room but decent and decent bathroom thats it everything else I didn't like But money wise to to much after everything not worth it stand all also they hold 50 dollars if any damages but there was none also they said i'll get my money back once we've check out ...... but nothing I still haven't got my 50 dollars back and this was more than a week ago I just wanna say I learn my lesson To Never go to this hotel again ever

The hotel/rooms were clean and breakfast was included in the price. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The mattress was hard and the noise outside was disturbing for a good part of the night. It sounded as motorcycle racing was taking place outside. I was on the second floor on the back side and it was a Saturday night.

Room was spacious and comfortable Shower had no pressure was like trying to take a shower in a sink channel guide didnt get close to matching actual channels on the tv I asked for a receipt upon checkout and was shocked to see bill $50 more than booking.com had told me figured there were a million taxes didnt know about but no actual base price $40 higher showed it to the clerk he responded dont know what to tell you thats the price lucky for me I had printed out confirmation email showed it to him he looks up reservation says to me oh youre right for some reason check in clerk bookde you in as 4 people staying in room even though youre only 2 we charge 20 extra a person. Is this a standard holiday inn procedure to add extra people to room bill before asking customers in the hope they won't notice?! Good thing I asked to see the receipt

I enjoyed the rooms...I have been to a few hotels where the beds were very uncomfortable even though the rooms were pristine. Our king size bed was warm and inviting. The room itself was perfect for our needs. I liked that we had breakfast included, as was parking. The shuttle was great for our needs! I did not like your internet service. We had many problems with the WIFI and that was something that sold us on your hotel. It was a necessity. We complained a few times and were often told that they had to unplug the router, etc... Maybe, as a suggestion, more choice on the breakfast. Good overall though

I can recommend the hotel which is good value for money, don't expect high luxury on the breakfast, but the food was ok. I liked the friendliness of the staff, they were allways there to help. nothing specific

Great service...when we had challenges with our accommodations, they worked to immediately rectify things. Very friendly, yummy breakfast, helpful with directions and bus information. - The hotel had recently updated their TV service and the TV kept dimming, then restoring itself, then dimming... all weekend. - Our bathroom light was out. When we asked housekeeping to fix it, she came in and hit it gently--and it worked. We had to do that several others times during the weekend. - A little too far from the city (further than we wanted to travel every day). It was about an hour between the city and hotel, including train stops, a bus ride, and walking several blocks.

The man at the front desk I forgot his name but he was very helpful had an issue $ wise he was very helpful with it I also like how the whole feel of the place was very nice the main lobby was cute with the different colored lights I would def stay here again for the price it wasn't bad and there's a mickey ds next door in case you get munchies at night lol just wish the basic rooms came with a mini fridge or at least a microwave

It was right off the highway The hotel staff was rude and impatient. They made cancelled my reservation before I got there even though I called and said I would be checking in late. Then they messed up on my bill and tried to charge me the going rate instead of my reservation rate. After a day of confusion and being annoyed that I paid full price even though I checked in after 5am and the night employee told me I could do early checkin rate instead of full price and I was instead charged full price, I decided to check out and go stay with my friends in the city. On saturday I was told manager wasnt in an I would have to wait to check out until sunday because the employee at front desk didnt have enough cash to check me out. The next morning the staff at front denied the offer for early checkout and would not refund me my money, they told me to wait till manager got in at 11am. When I called back at 11am I was told there was no manager in today. I was forced to stay until monday, and my rooms where not cleaned the entire stay and the staff claimed there was a sign on door that I never put there. All in all I have booked with booking.com before and stayed in many hotels in nyc and I have never been this displeased.

The breakfasts were good. The website advertised a shuttle service which is one of the resons we booked at the hotel...on arrival we were informed that the shuttle only runs on bussiness days, and will only drop off and not pick up. As a traveling student, this put a large dent in our budget that we were not expecting. If the shuttle service is so specific, it should have been put on the website, and thus I feel that the website offered false advertising.

酒店设施好,旁边有麦当劳和中餐馆。 费用贵,交通很不方便,如果不租车的话,从市区回只能TAXI,从酒店出去只能打野的了。该宾馆在立交桥下- ,且离公墓比较近。

Das Haus ist sachlich und zweckmässig, die Lage ist für Reisende mit Auto gut, gute Verbindung zum Airport JFK. Für Städtereisende ohne Auto public transport nach Manhattan etwas mühsam

El hotel muy bueno Si, la reserva realizada en la pagina booking no me sirvio para nada llegue a la madrugada del viernes 7 de septiembre, informandome que mi reserva se habia cancelado y la unica alternativa fue cojer otra habitacion con un costo superior es decir tuve que cancelar aprox 400 doalres mas por los 7 dias de estadia.... espero mas seriedad de su parte ya que viajo por negocios espero no posar otra vez por esta situacion

Super hotel, hvis man vil bruge lidt tid på transport ind til Mantatten. Bus q18 kører 400m derfra og hen til woodside st., hvor man kan tage subwayen ind til byen. Der var en fantastisk god betjening og en dejlig morgen buffet, som lagde en god bund for resten af dagen. Sengene var god og der var ro på hotellet, selvom der var fuld booket. Vi giver vores varmeste anbefalinger. Det ligger ikke på Manhatten
