Some of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room could have been cleaner. Small rooms, and we could see where the patchwork in the room was done.
Decent breakfast restaurants near by
staff were very rude not dog friendly
The room appeared clean and the set up of the room was nice.
The bed was not comfortable at all. The price paid was not worth it at all, possible renovation(looked like an old hotel on the floors but Lobby area looked nice) & the elevator was so loud, you could hear it inside our room which was not pleasant when trying to sleep.
room clean staff attentive good choice at breakfast
would have liked hotel transfer in and out of Memphis town centre
WE ENJOYED EVERYTHING, GREAT BREAKFAST, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, STAFF HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY
I liked the close proximity to Beale St and all that area has to offer. The staff was awesome--from the front desk to housekeeping! Very friendly and willing to assist us in any way necessary!
Small bathrooms with no exhaust fans. Outlets in all rooms should be checked to ensure they function properly. Kind of difficult to get out onto Union, due to shrubs blocking traffic line of site.
The breakfast was pretty awesome for a free continental breakfast. They had free popcorn and cookies every afternoon.
our experience was delightful & we would book again
we should have booked a king bed, double was to small
Handy to town - 45 minutes down hill. We caught a taxi back.
No mixed fresh fruit for breakfast and no shuttle to down town.
Bathroom door would not close because the frame was warped. Needs maintenance.
Staff was helpful in giving a list of attractions. We really hadn't planned on going to one place but because it was on the list we did. My g/daugthers loved the trip. Fall breaking.
Fantastic staff. Fruit at breakfast buffet. The well-equipped fitness room.
Very small bed. (It seemed smaller than queen size) Bad internet connection.
I must say I was made really welcome on booking in. The member of staff Daryl was extremely polite, helpful. I was so pleased with my stay
It was just a bit of a walk to down town but nit putting me of in recommendation to my friends
Although not really in downtown Memphis, but it's just a ride if you take the bus. The station is also right in front of the hotel. The staff are so friendly. The hotel has no shuttle bus but they always help when you need a cab. One taxi driver who is in contact with this hotel is Rena. She is so nice and she never asked for a fixed amount. You pay whatever amount you can give. There was one time she drove us back to our hotel from Graceland, she told us about this best pizza in Memphis. She brought us there and it is indeed the best pizza ever. The hotel has also a good breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent staff, from the desk clerks to the house keepers. No one pretended to be friendly, they actually were.
The breakfast was well catered and tasty.
The wifi strength is very low making it almost nonexistent
There was a pool
Where to start? - We could not access our room on arrival because the key card was broken - Nobody helped us for 20 minutes - We were then given a room different to the one we ordered - There was a power cut for about an hour - The showers did not work for a morning - The pool is too cold to enjoy - It is located in a dangerous area; a local police officer warned us to stay away - The air con was so loud it was difficult to sleep but it was too hot to turn off - We will be making a formal complaint when we arrive home
Breakfast- good range for whole family and all day coffee tea facilities.
fridge didn't work-
It was handy for sight seeing and not too far to go downtown or Graceland breakfast was great value and staff very helpful & friendly very clean and comfortable
The bed was too small first small bed we've ever had in the U S was very comfortable but was classed as a single for two ? I blame Booking.com for selling this as a double room !
Totally accessible to every venue we wanted to visit.
No comments at this time. It was a wonderful stay.
The staff and cleanliness means the most to me and they consciously make an effort to do their very best!
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was hot though the coffee could have been better. The pancake machine was a bit hit with my 5yo! The pool was pretty empty when we went swimming, which was perfect! All and all great stay!
Seems lame to say but the coffee was the only downside to our stay.
Very friendly employes.
There was a day that our room was not tended to did receive our towels late that evening.
The location was perfect. Staff was friendly and attentive. There was plenty of seating for breakfast unlike other places.
It was really difficult to get the room cool enough to sleep. Bathroom was really small.
Only spent one night at the Hotel, but found the staff very friendly, the room clean, and the security guard in the parking lot during the night was an added bonus.
