The breakfast was nice, and the indoor pool was excellent. The central, open atrium design was beautiful, but meant our room was quite noisy. Other guests had a party in the atrium that was very loud.

The hotel was immaculate, and our room was very accommodating. We had a great time in the indoor pool, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We have definitely found a "keeper" in this hotel, and will be staying there anytime we travel north. I did make reservations with a special note to reserve a crib, and upon arrival, the crib was not available either night of our stay - however, the staff informed me that they are first-come, first-serve, so completely understandable.

We liked the pool and the spa. The fact the you (Booking.com) or Holiday Inn Express added charges to my bill. My bill for the room went from $178.00 to $196.64 plus there was an additional $20.00 dollars tacked on to my card. I would advise that you and Holiday Inn get to the botton of this as quickly as possible.
