I liked almost everything about this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff is certainly friendly and accommodating. And the fact that it serves a breakfast (not gourmet but acceptable) is a plus and makes it convenient if you have early plans.

While there, someone attempted to break into my car while it was in their parking lot. Actually ripped the driver's door handle totally out of the car. Was disappointed that their parking lot was not covered by security cameras and that I need to contact the manager a second time before he addressed my problem. I was totally surprised that he didn't contact me immediately when notified of the break-in.

Location. Great area to stay and walk.

We did not receive the room we paid for. They did not try to fix the mistake, call us back, and the managers were extremely unprofessional.

Loved having access to the shuttle. Wish I had known that before renting a car and paying for parking.

while the lobby had a clean look and feel rest of the hallways were shabby and dirty. rooms a bit dated as well. seemmed overpriced for condition and location.

Location and price.....Although I was nervous based on some of the comments I read, I would stay there again.

Little damp feeling and the hallway carpet could use replacing.

Rooms were large. Beds were comfortable. Decent location. Offered van service to places within 2 miles.

Rooms weren't cleaned well (one night not at all). Staff didn't seem to know much about the city and there were no brochures in the lobby.

poor staff, gave wrong room had to move, asked tfor extra towels- none ever arrived, Lots of drunk folks in lobby- lots of "F"bombs in lobby, Night security guy seemed to be just collecting a paycheck... even at the deal we got this hotel is way overpriced for the quality and service you get.... pay a bit more and stay at one of the nice downtown hotels

Carpets dirty, bulbs out, drains did not drain quickly.

The rugs in bedroom and hallway were worn and dirty. The shower control knob was broken preventing you from showering.

I liked the location and the size of the room. A bit outdated.

The fact that I had to pay $23. for parking on top of the room fee.

Staff was great food was OK and the location for what we wanted was right on.

beds very soft, and rooms could have been up dated, seemed to smell a little musty.

Walking distance to Music Row.

Bed was too hard-need a softer mattress.
