It was friendly place to stay with all staff being very helpful
Room rather small... corridors a bit dull.
The staff was amazing! We found Joanna to be especially friendly and helpful.
proximity to Port authority
elevator wait - only 2 elevators for the entire hotel
Breakfast. Hot coffe & tea all day lomg.
Not reallt three stats hotel comparimg to others like Sheraton time square. Was too expensive while we visited.
This hotel was fantastic in every way. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was in a perfect position for Times Square. Breakfast was a bonus as not many hotels in the USA offer this at no extra cost. We would definately stay here again.
The room is very small to four people
Staff was very accommodating at the front desk Juicy was friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed the in room Wifi. It really helped out with my work. The bed was also comfortable.
The breakfast area was a bit cramped
Too small & furnitures not placed to maximize the small space
The staff particular Keniesha ensured all our needs were taken care of
The wait for the elevator was too long sometimes as long as 30 mins wait that was unacceptable
Free Wifi offered - didnt even use that
Check in was at 4 Pm and the rooms still werent ready at 6;20 - dinner reservations were at 730. Elevators took 30mins ( timed each time ) to get up to your floor. Rooms are extremly small I booked 3 rooms - and this will be following 11 other reviews.
The manager resolved a problem wwith parking issues
Room size and constant troubles with air conditioning
I would like to commend the team who work there. They made my stay so much better. The manager Mrs Kenisha Hammer made us so at home and asssited when we had issues. We were covering the United Nations General Assembky an there were issues we needed assistance with from the time we checked in to check out. She made each of us very happy and I have already recommended the hotel as well as decided to go back in decenmber. Thanks again Larry
free internet free breakfast
very crowded breakfast area slow elevators
Location and friendly, approachable staff.
The hotel is very cramped, very little space, for example standing while having breakfast in peak times as there is simoly not enough space for all. At $300 per night, I think it is a total rip off.
It was very small rooms and baths
Staff were awesome, beds were great, view was amazing!
can't think of anything
I stayed here for two nights. It was in a great location and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Food was average but the staff were very helpful.
Breakfast wasn't great but it was okay.
Concierge was very helpful, staff was good and the breakfast staff was exceptional as was the food. Comfy room and clean. Slept well.
200 CHARACTERS WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH TOO DESCRIBE THE GOOD FEELING I GOT FROM CHECKING IN TO CHECKING OUT. PLUS I LOVE THE MULTICULTURAL MIX OF STAFF.
Thanks to Julie and Diana who had gone above and beyond in providing the highest customer service.
Size of rooms
Pretty descent breakfast
For the price per night, this was legalized stealing. The room was so small my mom and I had to move to the right or left to let the other person get through. The closet, which was approx. 24 inches across, also housed the iron and ironing board. The bathroom offered a "Barbie" sink, which was incredibly small. The shower water temp was not correct as the maintenance man had to show me where to keep it in order to get hot water. I asked what floor the exercising room was on and was told, you have to go next door to the Candlewood Suites if you want to exercise.
We had asked for a city view room, and we weren't disappointed!when we walked into the room the nighttime view was amazing,we were there during the 911 services and we were able to see the WTC and memorial beam from our window.
W39th, where the hotel is,is not the best kept street in New York, but there seem to be developments going on nearby which may change things. The hotel itself is very good though.
Comfortable rooms, not too small like a lot in N.Y. Considering breakfast was free, they have a really good choice. Ice and vending machines available on several floors, which was handy. Very clean ! and staff very friendly.
Key cards for opening room continually stopped working even though we kept them away from magnetic strips etc. Not really on Times Square as address would lead you to believe, but only a couple of blocks walk.
