24h access to tea and coffee
2 elevators so occasional long wait
The location was perfect
The elevator was very slow.
Good location. The rest was under average.
Long wait for elevator, up to 20 minutes. Breakfast earea too small.
close to parking and where we wanted to be
asked for a room not abouve the eigth floor was not given any satisfaction at all
Prime spot close to everything in Times Square and transit. Front desk staff was wonderful.
The room seems a little dated and the common space was a bit worn but for the price (cheap for Manhattan $) I can't really find much to fault.
The location of this hotel Is very good. It is walking distance from times square, incredibly close to broadway. It is really close to the Port Authority subway station as well. The street itself in which it is located is not that nice, though. The hotel is near a man's club and the street gets pretty lonely at night. I had imagined it differently. The hotel is clean and has everything one needs for a pleasent stay.
There are only two elevators for a hotel that is 36 floors tall. The waiting is ridiculous.. Once we waited for 16 minutes to get from the 28th floor to the lobby! At first we did not know this and had trouble making it on time for some events, like broadway shows. I would recommend leaving at least 10 minutes in advance for everything. Also, we had to share our table with other families/couples because there was no room for everyone. This was very uncomfortable. Last, we had some really noisy neighbors who made it difficult for us to get some rest. Overall, the hotel was Not as nice as i though it would be.
Brilliant location literally a block from Times Square! Towels changed daily and bedding on request. Safe and secure.
Breakfast can get a little crowed so you may have to que but theres a great reasonable price cafe around the corner!
Relatively small yet cosy and clean hotel.
location hot water good beds and linens usually quiet but had some noisy people on our floor the last couple of nights availability of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day was nice staff tried to be helpful but extremely busy - new years holiday
safe was broken, had staff fix it and still did not work some days the maids did not clean the coffee pot or bring additional cups for water or clean washcloths no shampoo the first night no concierge available for entire visit breakfast would have been good but so crowded you had to fight for food so we never really ate there
Location and view from 22nd floor.
Small uncomfortable bed!!
Some of the front desk staff are nice, example, the customer service manager - Keneisha...while some are very unskilled and of nasty characters
Rooms are very small, no value for money, breakfast wasn't of good standard, two lifts in a very high storey building making customers wait for long....mode of payment is disorganized as my mastercard was debited after i paid cash for all my stay and i pre-informed the hotel not to debit my card....not too good experience, wont recommend anyone to stay there....
we really loved everything about this hotel- location was great, the breakfast was tasty and wonderful. the room was nice and clean and nothing was missing. very nice and charming team 24/7 - coffee/tea/ water such a lovely hotel and there is no doubt that in my next visit in New York i will stay there again
when we got there they couldn't find my reservation. it took an hour until they did, i guess there was confusion with my name, could be my mistake. waiting too long for the elevator, rooms are small but we didn't need anything more then that.
Price/value, location with breakfast included was perfect for this trip
Breakfast room could probably be organized/arranged better. Perhaps food could be placed in middle for easy access to both sides. Just a couple of people trying to figure out how to make pancakes backed the line out past the elevators. Table for 3 or more were in short supply with one or 2 people sitting at several.
Location Value for money
The hotel is really nice and I felt comfortable returning to the hotel after a long day of walking.
For me personally is still the location. Even tho I find it a good street area, for me it was still pretty far from my shop but that is just a tiny thing.
You can't beat the complementary breakfast, and we never had any issue finding seating to enjoy it! The rooms are small but conveniently have everything you need. Being over 6'5" the shower head was plenty high to prevent needing to do the limbo in an effort to rinse my hair. The location of this hotel and the price you pay are great!
Wait time for two small elevators in a 36 story hotel wasn't much fun especially being on the 33rd floor. That was exasperated when one broke.
Breakfast was pretty good and staff very friendly Wifi very good Location good Shower in bath has great pressure
Escalators 2 not adequate and to wait long periods in peak times Only one toilet in reception Breakfast area very small and over crowded
I didn't like that reception did not have any travel adaptors.
Price. Room is cramped. They make you check in at 4pm which is quite unusual.
The room was clean, which was a top priority for me. It was pretty close to Times Square, but not as close as I expected. Breakfast was a step above continental; nothing was made to order, but there was a pretty decent selection and the food was good.
The room was much smaller than I expected, although probably not by New York standards, this was our first trip. The wifi was not strong, and if you have an apple product, it requires extra steps. They don't tell you this at check in, but will help you with it when you return to the front desk. The city view was not worth the upgrade since the window is so small and tended to stay fogged up most of the time.
Great location Helpfull staff
Dinning area to small
Breakfast - excellent choice - included in the price. Helpful staff. Free hot drink available in reception - great after walking in the cold
Unfortunately one elevator was out of action which sometimes caused queues - however, it was soon back in working order.
the slow elevator！
Really couldn't ask for more, the room might be a bit small for some but I didn't even notice , We had a great stay and will be back again soon, the staff were so nice, the breakfast was a great start to the day, tea and coffee was on tap all day . I really enjoyed and would highly recommend this hotel location is brill rooms are clean staff are so nice , what more could you ask for . Have to mention a big plus was Tri Na Nog just beside the hotel, great food and atmosphere it was fab..
Cant think of anything
I was very well treated throughout my whole entire stay. Front desk staff and concierge are very nice. A bit rare in NY. Rooms are very clean!
