Room was a tad small but nothing that made it terribly uncomfortable.

The location was perfect. We were there for a college visit & had to take the train to Queens. The staff was friendly, the room clean, and some things were going on in the area, but not too much.

The room was really small, but it is New York City, and the lack of a hotel restaurant/room service. Also, the shower curtain didn't prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet - I had to use a couple of the towels to clean up the water.

What for I payed completely 25 dollars

The hotel looks like it just passed a renovation as the room and furniture we stayed in looked in good state. Near of the Wall St. Metro Station, and the lower Manhatan attractions. Excellent continental breakfast. During the reservation process I though it was a little expensive for the purpose of my trip, but being near the attractions made the price paid worth it.

The vending machines never had water bottles available, and it didn´t return our cash. And I had every time to choose something else that I didn´t want.

Wonderful and friendly staff! Was able to check us in early and stored our bags. Clean and quiet. Definitely recommend!

Small room but worth the price

-Poor bathrooms n not clean -cleaning of room only after requesting -poor breakfast (limited n disposable cutlery n everything)

A very nice, clean and well-equipped room and bathroom, excellent location.

Breakfast: there wasn't much choice of food. Also, the room where breakfast was served was very small and we had to wait for a few mins for a vacant table.

Breakfast each morning was nice. The breakfast server was a pleasure to chat with each morning. Room was quiet, on the fourth floor, but there was no view.

Had to have new room keys made each day. Frustrating.

One of the receptionists was not very trustfull...trying to call the taxi driver more expensive, probably just to get his part of the fare

I like their customer service, always willing to assist if asked and breakfast was excellent too. Location was plus point. Rooms were neat and tidy. It's a prefect location if you were up for city stroll.

Nothing specific- everything was as I preferred and expected

The hotel is well run - good desk staff and the most happy and enthusiastic breakfast lady I've ever come across. The room was a decent size with a big telly, comfy bed and two pillow choices (soft and firm). Aircon worked well, bathroom clean and good hot water supply. Water St is typically noisy for nyc but not worse than anywhere else. Breakfast room has an automatic pancake making machine - excellent.

Bathroom door opens in the middle of the bathroom which is awkward but not a biggie.

The location is good. The front desk is nice.

I loved the fact that they gave us free internet and allowed us use of the printer. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good too and it extended past 10 am which I loved. The location for restaurants was amazing! Loved the location for shopping also.

Very close quarters in the hallways and rooms.... And you could hear people moving in the hallway. Somewhat of a hike to the train but it was ok. Loud noise outside... Windows didn't seem soundproof and we were on the 17th floor. The taxes in ny are too high... It added like $70 to my bill which was annoying. They should have stated that in the price advertisement online.

The concierge let us check in at 7 am! for no extra charge - just what we needed after a 8 hour greyhound bus ride to ncy. Actually the whole staff was very friendy and helpfull.

The location. It was near Pace University and the seaport.

Whoever designed the rooms should be fired. The tv points towards the door and not the bed or sofa. To use the remote you need to sit at the foot of the bed. The room was very small and cramped, it should not have been set up as a suite.
