The location is amazing your only one and a half blocks from time square. Could walk eveywhere and seemed very safe and staff were helpful

Breakfast was pretty bassic, one lift was broken so it took a long time, rooms are very small no place to put your luggage.

The price is a little bit higher. However, it is in New York.我住了一晚，含税总共197美金，偏贵了一点，但是在纽约，或许就应该这么贵吧。

The staff was AMAZING ! so nice and friendly and helpful! Loved the trip, 2 blocks from Times Square.

Great location for exploring the city. Got exactly the room expected at the price I expected. Room was right next to the lift but was never disturbed by it once. Breakfast looked ok but we preferred to head to local diners. Room size as expected for this price with added extras such as tea/coffee making facilities. Perfect for a 4 night city break with my son.

Affiliated parking garage (offering discount) wrecked front end of our car and denied obvious responsibility.

Excelent service, as we needed a refridgerator as my wife is a diabetic and need to keep insulin cold, and they had one in our romm within 10 minutes. Wonderful room, high up as we asked. Very confrtable. Great breakfast!

The room was small, but as you would expect for an inexpensive hotel in such a good location. Breakfast room was a but small but it was fine if you we're patient and the food was good.

When I think this hotel was renovated in 2009 (rather recently) I would have liked to find better windows isolation.

Conventiently located; quiet, only 6 rooms on each floor; staff were fairly friendly;

Rooms are in need of a renovation; we also had a nasty washcloth left in the bathroom by housekeeping when we first arrived in our room. It was disgusting and there was no apology or offer of any sort of compensation. It was Christmas so I didn't pursue it or complain further. The housekeeping staff were really quite friendly.

No gym, freaking Point Break across street kept us up both nights!!!

The location and the service of the staff. The rooms were also very clean.

The rooms are too small for the amount of money that I paid. The bathroom were very small as well. The rooms have no mini-fridge or hotel slippers. There were also very limited space in the Breakfast area, it was not big enough to fit everyone during our stay.

We mistakenly booked to stay in smokers room. As non smokers this was a bit grim!! Hotel said they would try and change rooms, but could not promise anything as were fully booked. We stayed 1 night, cancelled our booking, lost our deposit and moved to hotel Affinia Dumont, 34th st / 150 west. Here we had a studio room ( kitchen etc, so breakfast not included ) 3x bigger than previous room, for the same price, 10 mins walk away. Also at Holiday inn express, we had no sheets or pillow cases. In the circumstances - regarding hurricane sandy, we could hardly complain when locals were suffering far, far, worse.

Rooms very small, Breakfest room uncomfy, poor accoustic insulation in particular against the hallway, staff works loudly in hallway between 1 am and 3:30 am, no real reaction to complaints, heavy surcharge for late check-out (1/3 of daily rate for 4 hrs), tried to charge higher rates and gave booking.com rates only after lengthy discussions

Instead of taking hotels in new jersey for NYC trip for $100 a night... I prefer to book this hotel ... because it is very nearer to times square and to all attractions in NYC.
