Everything was bad for such a price
The lobby and rooms are tiny, but the location is great.
location, location, location
- very, very noisy rooms (walls made of paper)
The breakfast was good, a lot for variety.
the room is so small
Room was very clean (better than other NY hotels!) and breakfast was free.
Lobby is too small and crowded. No bar.....advertised that it did but there wasn't any. No atmosphere because of the lack of bar plus lobby.
Really liked the free breakfast (good selection) and the ability to store your luggage before and after check in/out.
Clean hotel and clean room, breakfast a little poor but good food and very good that the staff let you take one piece of fruit for the day, staff nice and polite, well located
Room at the basement: awful!!! I didn't know that this could exist, only 3 rooms and 2 of them ours. At the same floor as machine of drinks and computers for clients....imagine the noise! And paying for each room 400€
I like the complimentary breakfast which gave me so much energy coming from an early flight from Buffalo, Niagara. It's so near to Central Park that I enjoyed riding pedicab with my 2 adult children in the morning, took lunch in Pret de Mangiere, went back to hotel for a nice rest, St Patrick's Cathedral so near for our Sunday mass, then enjoyed shopping in 5th Avenue in Banana Republic with sale and nice product selections, had dinner in a Chinese resto, freshen up for my departure to airport at 1020pm for flight back home to the Philippines. Everthing is near and done in express!
Room is too small; not enough room to move around. Room not available yet during our early arrival at 930 am but understandable. Would have been best if room is available before 130 pm.
Parking fee price even with discount.
It was in a prime location due to which moving around places like times square was easy. The staff were friendly too and the food served was very good !
Rooms were too small and the sound of the air-conditioning system was loud. It was expensive !
The localization was great. After that and considering the prices in NYC the hotel was correct. Correct but small rooms, clean bath and very good people working there.
The breakfast and the space for it was ludicrous, it would be better not having it and get some discounts than having this breakfast
I advise that my fly was cancelled and the reception charge to me the cost entire of the night. The price are more expensive that they comunicate on internet
great location, great breakfast, the location is really good, nice staff; The room was big enough. I will definitely go back to this hotel
Noisy conditioner, noise comes from outside street. No safe box. No sleepers. No even small bottle of potable water in the room.
Excellent location. Coffee 24/7. Breakfast good, although with the size of the hotel and the size of the breakfast area you just have to be prepared to either take your breakfast to your room (trays provided) or just strike lucky with getting a table to eat at. Small rooms, but this is central NY, and very clean. Able to leave bags after we'd checked out til we needed to go to the airport with no problems at all. Staff very obliging. If you're 4 in a room and staying more than one night it's worth leaving a note to ask for 4 towels to be left - although reception very helpful in locating extra.
The location was great, and they kept the hotel very clean.
For a family of four, the rooms are way too small. Even though you are not in your room often, you still trip over bags or someone.
Location was pretty central to everything
I could never get wifi to work properly and cell phone service wasn't great either
The Staff were extremely helpful, answered any questions I had, and assisted me with extending my stay and storing my bags on my last day.
Wi-Fi didn't work the first night and I had to call tech support. Wi-Fi was extremely slow; even my email took a while to load.
They trick you if you book through booking.com, they let you choose whether to have one kind size bed or two separate beds. After arriving to the check in desk, they just tell you sorry we don't have any two beds rooms available. I wanted to cancel my reservation and to search for another hotel, but they would have charged my credit card the first night.
Accessible to Times Square
Very congested rooms
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good and they have an instant pancake maker! Who knew!! Great location with offsite parking available in the next block.
First room was very small for 2 adults and two teenagers. Felt like we were in a cabin on a cruise ship. Moved up to suite which worked much better.
The rooms were just too small. We had asked for a king size bed, I dont know what we got! Didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel at all! Very stuffy! BAD VIEW! Breakfast was horrible! only queues! Will not be staying in a Holiday Inn property ever
