I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility. Upon entering I notice the fragrant odor that I found carried throughout the facility. Environmental odors are a pet peeve and a soiled carpeting can ruin the whole away from home experience for me. Thank you for the attention you give to your customers stay. I also appreciated the opportunity to have wholesome breakfast before resuming my road trip.
Maybe an update of your dinning room with fresher colors as a suggestion.
The staff was kind, courteous, attentive. Ray at the front desk exceptionally helpful. Room, good but location for foot traffic not so much. Near by restaurant was okay, convenient but designed for wedding receptions. Would use again for my personal purpose.
Lack of ice machines being convenient for stay, the breakfast provided something to be desired. But note the staff handling it was so attentive helpful. No fault of them.
Poor breakfast offering and small area for a busy hotel.
Too far away.. Took to long to get into the city & for the same price per night you could rather just find a hotel in the city & save money on taxis/shuttles
The shuttle bus in front of the main hotel gate which is excellent
Breakfast and bed
The general staffs were helpful and the shuttle service to NYC. Breakfast was quite good.
All my stays were quite good, the general staffs on the reception were absolutely, just one of the indian guy hopefully a manager was abusive to the customer as i found him talking on the phone and he was also arrogant and rude to one of the old lady staff, it was an embarassing situation for all of us present in the lobby. As a manager i think he must behave like an gentleman not an illiterate.
price/performance is great. Breakfast is great.
nice, big and clean rooms, well equipped, toiletries in bathroom, very good breakfast, easy to reach from newark airport by car, very friendly staff
no pool in october, there's nothing in the area except an ugly chinese fast food restaurant (no shops, no restaurants). not so comfortable to go to the city, there's a bus, but no timetable, no busstop, no bus nr... actually it works like in turkey...but works! :)
Everyting was good, thank you very much.
The staff were so friendly, warm welcoming, very professional, helpful. our stay was great. We want to thank all the staff and workers.
Location OK. Parking Good.
Don't be fooled. This is an OLD hotel with a new facade. VERY small room and dark. King bed and no place to sit. Staff lied about changing out room after calling an complaining.
hotel was inexpensive staff very friendly 20 minutes to downtown $3 shuttle
Usually we like to stay in Manhattan, but it was a busy long weekend so we tried this hotel. Much less money, free parking and good free breakfast. Cheap shuttle to Times Square—ticks a lot of boxes if you're not going to be spending that much time in your hotel and you just want a clean, close, not-expensive place to lay your head.
Size of room Comfort of room Breakfast choices Staff
Lack of transport to/from the front door of the hotel from/to central New York. Getting from Penn Station to check in at the hotel was a nightmare. Hotel did not reply to email queries.
When I told the manager upon checkout about our ordeal checking in, they credited me $60.
My girlfriend arrived 4 hours before me and they wouldn't allow her to check in, were extremely unhelpful, and even mocked her at one point ('hahaha....she has to wait 4 hours!'). Should have been more helpful considering we were staying a week. The last shuttle comes back from NY at 11:30 and a taxi to the hotel is +/-$60 from anywhere in Manhattan (fixed rate).
Staff was very kind.
The hotel is dirty ! You don't see this from the first look, but we had a room with mushrooms on the wall. Air condition was not cleaned for long time. We got flu. We have seen a housekeeping with vacum cleaner hold on clean towells. Location is terrible - close to the highway. Nearest local bus is 1 km away...or You can arrange a shuttle from the hotel which is a 45 min trip in old school bus. Going with this shuttle is always a surprise (late, no air condition)
Location is very good as it is away from busy new york but near enough to travel everyday. The shuttle service is convenient to tourists. Mila at the breakfast area very helpful. Food is alright Price is reasonable for the service you get Internet service is good but signal drops once u enter your room
personnel in the shuttle service lack of coordination and the very old shuttle bus should be replaced
Only a 15 minutes ride from JFK Blvd. to Times Square/ Port Auth./NY. 3$ per trip. cheap!
air conditioning smelled bad, would be great to have a Window Open..
Complimentary and good standard of breakfast. Wi fi available throughout hotel. Shuttle bus into Central Manhattan, $12 return.
Good facilities, very comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff
Lots of noise, both from outside (highway, honking trains) and inside (noisy other guests, noisy fridge in the room, vacuum cleaning in front of the room early in the morning)
breakfast options, clean room
The WiFi connectivity was extremely poor.
Breakfast, spacious room, amazing beds, clean.
Shuttle to city is not free and costs $25 per person per day and takes an hour.
Good location , took bus into New York so we didn't have to drive. It dropped you off at times square and only cost $3 per person. Well worth the money. Would recommend this hotel if you don't want to be downtown .
Extreme clean - our room was cleaned and beds done every single morning. Very impressed. Very close to NYC which is amazing.
the sofa bed was not very comfortable and the plastic on it made it very uncomfortable for my daughter that she actually slept on the sofa without opening it. Not enough TV channels
