Great access to the beach; great running or walking trails along shore; good breakfast variety; great place to stay for watching spring training Cardinals baseball--Roger Dean Stadium is about 10 minutes away. Friendly, helpful staff.

Nice location

Woke up to a clogged toilet. Called front desk no answer. Walked to desk. Temp was 40 ...cold. At desk Takeshia Jones was rude, nasty. Wife had to walk to lobby for a restroom. Ms jones was un-empathetic, unconcerenad. She should be fired at desk. Perhaps re hired to clean clogged toilets.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds!

Cost price is a bit higher than expected for a holiday inn express.

The staff, especially Todd, was extremely accommodating. The king suite was large and proximity to the beach was nice. My girlfriend and I booked a suite for the weekend so we could watch the Academy Awards and have some time away from our husbands.

The suite had two T.V.s, but the one in the living area did not work properly. Because my friend and I booked this large room, paid a lot for the room, and then didn't have a functioning T.V., for our purpose, left us angry. We called the front desk several times during the ordeal and Todd came to our room immediately to check out the situation. When he noticed that the pixels in the T.V. scattered every couple of minutes, thus making T.V. watching almost impossible, he offered to come back and rewire the T.V. We declined thinking that no T.V. (if it the new cables didn't work) was worse than a difficult-to-watch T.V. The unpleasant situation caused a riff between me and my friend and caused us to miss the first 35 minutes of the Academy Awards.This may seem stupid, but you have to remember, we booked this room because we wanted a living space with a T.V. We did not want to watch T.V. in bed! With our hassles, I did expect a slight adjustment on our bill, but that was not the case. I didn't press the situation when I checked out.

Efficient and friendly staff, especially at the front desk. Restaurants and beach all with a short walk.

We had to leave ater only a few nights.

We enjoyed our stay.The location is great to see the turtles nesting late at night.We stayed in the tower building and everything was updated The morning breakfast is very good with alot of choices.They hotel staff was friendly and took care of any needs we had.We have reservations for later in the summer.Looking forward to it!

They took money for the room twice from my card. When I found this mistake - the stuff did not even apologize for the inconvenience brought me. And I don't know when I get the refund...

check-in and out were very friendly. they showed appreciation that we stayed with them. breakfast bar was clean and fully stocked. beds were very comfortable and we love balcony views.

bathrooms were a little small, but not too inconvient for us.

Dobrá poloha hotelu, nedaleko od hezké pláže, vizuelně hezký a čistý pokoj.

Náš pobyt v hotelu znepřijemnilo několik faktů. Z nepochopitelných důvodů nám byl přidělen pokoj pro invalidy (vozíčkáře), který k tomuto účelu měl přizpůsobenou koupelnu, která navíc byla tak něsťastně řešena, že pokud host využil sprchu, tak i při použití závěsu natekla voda prakticky do celé koupelny. Bohužel jsme to zjistili až po vybaleni zavazadel, takže se nám nechtělo toto jít reklamovat na recepci. Druhým závažným problémem byla velmi vrzající postel, jenž by si zasloužila výměnu. Naprostým propadákem byla hotelová snídaně, která absolutně neodpovídala ceně noclehu 210$ za noc! Nevím zda šlo o souhru náhod, ale naše zkušenost s tímto hotelem je zcela odlišná, než je uvedeno v recenzích ostatních. Je to škoda, protože tento hotel by jistě mohl nabídnout mnohem více.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen kleinen Pool . Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, nur der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein. Für einen Zwischenstopp sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Meer kann man eigentlich nur erahnen. Derstrandabschnitt ist mit privaten Wohnanlagen versperrt. Ca. 10 min. Zu Fuß entfernt findet man einen zugang zum Meer. Dass Hotel liegt also zwar am Meer, aber es ist sehr umständlich, es zu erreichen.

Very friendly staff! Rooms have elegant and functional interior. Very nice and quiet pool. Where allowed to use pool (incl. towels) after checkout as long as wanted... absolute beautiful beach few mins. behind the hotel (may use car to go there). I don't know why it only has 2* (saw similar 4* hotels on our Florida round-trip)

absolutely nothing!

Rooms are spacious, clean, offer a balconu, there is a swimming pool and a very nice beach at walking distance (for European standards, Americans probably would take the car). Breakfast is ok and there is always fresh fruit available at reception. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location from where you can visit Palm Beach and the shopping malls.

Very nice hotel, good facility, close to beach and loggerhead sea turtle park, we see smiling face from all hotel staffs

Everything is good, the only issues for us is the weather, it rained all time during our stay, we just went to the sea turtle park

Very good hotel for vacation. This is my 2nd time to stay here and I am sure I'll return.

There is no oceanview from the majority of the rooms, except from maybe six rooms on 2nd floor. Do not expect the "Oceanview" they advertise! It is expensive for what it is.
