Great staff, complimentary breakfast, superbly clean and modern room with virtually no signs of wear and tear and excellent wifi. Great location too.
We had a 6th floor room at the back of the hotel and the large complex of external airconditioning ducts and fans down below us were quite noisy even with double glazing.
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
3 rooms were booked with King size beds. Only 2 were available and teh 3rd was one with 2 beds. we were not advised on arrival. We were also told that the hotel was totally booked and no king bed was availabe. This was very disappointing.
just two blocks away from work
Pillows can be fluffier and softer
Staff service was terrible, so unkind and rude.
Clean comfortable room, good staff, breakfast
Rooms are nice and clean
Small breakfast area
Everything but the small french sized beds
graet location great crew very clean best value for price highly recommended
no minibar small dining room
Beautiful hotel. Very clean, staff was exceptional, room was spacious and bet groom was functional.
Breakfast was not very good.
The location The clean rooms
Noisy on street side (ask for a room at the back) so the window had to be closed and the air conditioning unit needed to be turned on at all times. The breakfast areas was very crowded and it was difficult to find a seat - it was a real push and shove to get food and drink. Be careful when booking a taxi to the airport through the hotel - make sure your taxi is not taken away by another guest!!!
a bit noisy
The hotel was centrally located.
We asked for two full beds and there was only a king bed.
Location, location, location! Central to most attractions and with subway on next block. The staff were always freindly! and very helpful!
staff very friendly room small but clean
food keep running out at brkfast too many unsupervised kids running around for the price no refrig or micro in room
WiFi was really fast. Comfortable bed.
Small room with bad sound isolation. Breakfast is only meant for filling the stomach with OK-quality food with few choice served in plastic dish.
Close to alot of things. Not far from Times Square. Staff was great and very friendly. Gave suggestions on restraurants, gifts etc. Breakfast was good. Lots of pillows on the bed and daily room service.
Room was kind of small but adequate since all we did was sleep in it!
No organic/vegan items in the breakfast
Close to penn station, very good breakfast, very clean and new rooms
Breakfast area is small for the number of rooms in the hotel, you might need to wait to get a place
The hotel is very clean.
The location was convenient to public transportation and for walking to many of the famous sites in New York City. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the Empire State Building outside our window. It was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and very good.
I can't think of a thing.
Location; baggage storage.
Lack of interest in guests, inefficiency of staff, poor design of rooms, noisy air-conditioning, unappetising breakfast. I am surprised that a hotel that offers guests the opportunity to make requests on booking should ignore those requests on arrival, making it clear that there was no real possibility of meeting those requests. If you wish to offer only a basic service, then this should be made clear at the time of booking, so that customers can go elsewhere, to a hotel that meets their needs.
Very clean and new; Surprisingly big room for NYC; Very friendly staff
Slow elevators but not that big of a deal.
Almost everything; location; facilities; room; breakfast included;
To be charged 50USD per day (on top) at check-in just in case you make damages in the room. As nothing happened they will credit back the money in the next 5 days.
Staff very friendly and helpful Great view of the Empire State Building Would definitly return
No in-room fridge
