Great staff. Nice room. Excellent breakfast.
Having parking onsite is fine but arrangements for having car to be moved in and out was not great
Location was great!
Weird entrance ways- either through a garage or into an alley..sagging, uneven mattresses that were totally unacceptable and uncomfortable, and strong chemical smells that oozed from the elevator shafts and hallways into the guest room. Ugh....wish we had stayed elsewhere!
location excellent, price was high, breakfast was nice, beds are comfortable
the worst thing was wifi, which was disconnented every 2 minutes, i will not stay in this hotel next time because of very poor wifi, which is very important for me
The staff was pleasant.
The parking garage was too expensive and too crowded. Room didnt come with a refrigerator.
was able to check in when we arrived early
The hotel was centrally located and easy to get to
* Very comfortable king bed * Location is wonderful with many good surrounding restaurants * On-site parking makes it easy to arrive (there's a couple of free spots in front of entrance to unload luggage)
* Bathroom is small and bathtub cruddy * Parking is more expensive if paid with hotel bill and alleged benefits are dubious, especially since front desk staff seemed unaware it's NOT self-parking * Noisy parties on sleep floors
Perfect location, polite staff, quick check in and very nice room. Can't wait to go back.
Right on Waltnut Street where the shopping area is, and it is within walking distance to major tourist destinations.
Wifi connection is unstable horrible breakfast, especially for those who had been used to uk full breakfast hotels
Nice Freindly staff.Breakfast.
Noise during the day.
Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in the heart of center city (downtown) philly. You are in walking distance to nearly everything.
The parking garage situation was a little unnerving. I guess its not unlike parking in any major city. Hand your keys to a complete stranger and watch them park your car in spot that seemed too tight.
the works going on at floor 17
They were very responsive to our needs and made our stay enjoyable and the things we needed to get done much easier. The location is great.
Room was nice and big. Location of the hotel is perfect and shopping area is walking distance. Great eating places around the hotel. Plus historic city is also close by.
Philadelphia is a lively interesting place with good transport to get around it The hotel in in the centre with nice staff
Personal was incredible, very, very friendly. They made us feel really good. The breakfast was the best I had in this hotel cathegory. Rooms was very quiet in spite they were remodellating.
Everything was good !
Neighborhood not bad close to tons of shops and restaurants, ice cream shops!
Did not like the parking garage situation, the attendants in the garage were rude and lazy in my opinion, when you needed to park your car they would just keep sending you up because they didn't want to leave their stand and do anything! I guess they are employed separately from the hotel so theres nothing you can do because you need to park your car if you drove to the city also parking is 50.00 a day just so you know!!!!
Outside pool was great.
I like the location which is at the centre. It is near to everything.
The location is a bit far from the 31st st station. We got lost before reaching our destination.
Wi-Fi not in the room Employees at the front could be more friendly No fitness room No laudry guest Very expensive for what we have
Great location, all hotel staff very friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast, fantastic value for money. I don't swim but they have an outdoor pool. The rooms are currently being renovated one floor at a time. I was lucky enough to stay in a beautiful renovated room. Don't worry about the noise as my room was above the floor currently being renovated and noise is kept to an absolute minimum. I would stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Extremely noisy, drunken guests singing loudly at 3am and nobody did anything.
staff was very polite and eager to resolve any concerns or issues
Parking situation did not allow quick and easy garage parking could not remove car from the garage without garage attendant's assistance
Excellant location - very friendly staff - good size room - nice breakfast, quiet atmosphere despite being in such a busy area
poor wi-fi - lousy shower, needed to call maintenance to fix shower head which they did - keep up the renovations
