The staffs are well experience, lovely and very helpful.
I am not very sure of the standard regarding security. You can access the premises from Crown plaza with resistance.
Front desk were so helpful in organizing extra rooms for us last minute and also helping with free shuttle frequently.
Staff was very helpful!! Rooms clean and comfortable.
It was not easy to find.
We loved being able to walk over to the Crown Plaza for dinner/drinks. Breakfast was very good Very Clean Rooms were very large
The room was comfortable and well laid out. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot and had good pressure.
Rooms are starting to show their age and need a make over. The walls are thin and I was awakened to my neighbors having a roll in the hay.
The staff was very friendly, nice and professional. It was quiet and calm.
There was nothing we didn't like, except we found the bathroom to be a little small, therefore, slightly uncomfortable. Overall it was great.
Break fest is limited
We liked most the Sculptures for the Ground. Its an amazing place! The hotel is in a very quiet place!
Quiet stay..the facility and grounds were nice
Not much to do in the area if looking for nightlife or city attraction
Even though there was a WI-FI service, I was unable to use the Viber telephone app to call or receive calls. I was constantly asked to call through one of the carriers like AT&T or Bell. I think this has to be resolved.
it is in a very quite area, sorrounded by what looks like almost a forrest and still close to the beautiful Princeton. Spacious room very comfortable. Breackfast included in room rate.
Air conditioning in common areas too cold... as in most US hotels and facilities.
Great hotel to live!
Overall everything was excellent and I will be staying there again.
I disliked nothing
Guys.... The breakfast... 2* hotels often feature better breakfasts.
Location, great price, free breakfast, beautiful grounds, friendly staff.
The staff at the desk were all super acommodating, giving directions, supplying needs, and just being friendly. Room was terrific, loved the pool and walking trails. The fitness room was also great. Spent a week there and would return.
Breakfast was the only drawback. Lady operating the kitchen was not very accomodating. One day no milk, no fruit, no eggs. Other days there were crispy from too long under the heat lamp.
WiFi a bit slow.
We enjoyed the setting and all of the trees. It was a beautiful and relaxing place The staff was pleasant and helpful too.
Staff and facilities
The first day the breakfast was amazing the woman running it was right on top of things. Everything was delicious and fully stocked! The second morning the breakfast was completely horrible it was a different woman working. She was very rude was not keeping anything stocked, when I asked her if she had more bananas she didn't even verbally answer me she shrugged her shoulders (as in I don't know). She then went to the pantry type room which I thought was to check but she shut the door n never came back out.
Very Quiet Outstanding Breakfast - the eggs were excellent Helpful staff
They squeezed me in early and were kind about it. The view of trees was lovely and relaxing, a very pleasant atmosphere. A variety of selections for breakfast and a large, well thought out eating space. I will always go back to the Plainsboro Holiday Inn Express when in the Princeton area in the future.
Peaceful setting on weekend visit. Good value.
Included continental breakfast was a bit uninspired.
I found a dirty pair of socks in my room on the floor.
Breakfast'quality with more people stay in has significantly declined！
