Staff was very courteous and friendly. Pool and spa area clean and safe. Good breakfast. Easy access from freeway. A fan in the bathroom would be a good idea. A changing room and restroom in the pool/spa area would be helpful.

Lovely, clean hotel room. In a good spot on the I5 North between San Francisco and Seattle. The breakfast was a little disappointing, plastic cutlery and paper plates. Also walls paper thin and bed not that comfortable.

Very clean, and for the most part, quiet. Beautiful view from our room on two sides, since we were on the end. I was highly disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. I chose this location, in part, because it had a hot tub and pool.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Also, it has an indoor pool and spa (which is outside). It also has a decent breakfast. The breakfast was decent but they didn't keep it stocked sufficiently for the entire duration of the breakfast period (which didn't serve our family well at all). Many of the "good" foods (eggs, bacon, fruit, bagels) were gone a good half hour before it was due to shut down. Also, the key card was VERY finnicky! It was irritating!

It's what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I didn't perform surgery or fly a plane the next morning but did enjoy the breakfast and convenient location to get back on the road. Good stopover. Maybe a litle too close to Interstate 5 for some rooms if traffic noise bothers anyone but we were close and didn't hear it.

Location, comfy beds, nice staff. Room was close to the pool and very noisy - up to 11 PM - not sure if the staff knew that this room would hear the pool noise. I put the fan in the room on and used ear plugs so that was a solution, but would have preferred having an opportunity to request another room.

The staff was very friendly. Checking in and checking out is quick. The free breakfast is the best I've ever had! Great rolls. The hot tub is big and really nicely located. I traveled with a small dog so I got a room on the first floor with easy access to grass where she could run. Its nice that this hotel is locatedo right on the river.. great view in the evening. The location is nice and close to all things Roseburg. Noisy upstairs with kids running around, but quieted down around 10pm. I had a room with 2 queen beds and the room was small and difficult to move around with 3 ppl in it. The shower was really loud for some reason, but worked nicely.

Beautiful location backing up to the river. Short distance from Old Downtown (good thing) Roseburg. Right off the freeway, but quiet and had more of a "destination hotel" feel because of the lovely setting. Beds were hard. But otherwise, all was good!

The staff was wonderful. Everyone greeted us with a smile even if we did not have direct contact with them. The rooms were clean and the view was great. I would highly recommend. I would highly recommend based on the staff even if the rooms were not up to par because they were so excellent.

Good location. Nice view of the river. Pretty good price. Entry complicated by construction. Breakfast omlett gave me a stomach ache but was otherwise OK.
