We were on our way to a Giants game and asked if we could check in early and they gave us a very nice room even though it was a couple hours early! Oh and the Max resturant has really really good food . My husband loved the breakfast!!

Pipes in room were a little loud at times. But not too bad.

location for morning flight, breakfast, parking is the cosy, nice view on a bay.

My boyfriend and I had missed our midnight flight back home and were very frustrated about checking into a hotel. The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful on shuttle times and making sure we had a wake up call. The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for that short time at our hotel.

I thought the price was steep for a simple room, but we had no choice since we needed a place to crash for five hours until our flight in the morning.

The location and the price were absolutely fantastic! The staff was so informative with any questions we had. Glad to hear you all are renovating, however the bed was very comfy! The shuttle people were great also.

Very comfortable, cozy and accommodating. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed there a few times and was never disappointed.

Almost everything - they provide FREE breakfast (and it's really good - incl. hot meals and milk/coffee). Location is awesome - which is close to SF airport. My room is comfort and cozy. Free parking is another big plus.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Shuttle driver was hilarious and prompt at everything!

That is was close to the airport, that there was a free shuttle from and to the airport. Breakfast was great!

The location of the swimming pool was weird. Didn't like that our room was located a long way from the elevator, but still wasn't something not to like.

The staff was great, location perfect for our event, my elderly mother and I were attending an uncle's memorial.

The hotel rooms and hallways really need upgrading. New carpets, new mattresses. The handicap room that we stayed in was really not suited for an elderly person. Toilet was way too low. The bars were placed in a good position, but she had to struggle to get on and off the toilet.

Free parking and WiFi Acceptable free breakfast buffet. I would say value for money.

Room was a little cold. No safe box in my room.

The hotel never mentioned their was construction going on. We rented two rooms my son and his Wife complained of crumbs in the bed, as well as dried up rice. I will not be coming back. Also online they make it look do more extravagant than it is.

we hate auto light on while you in and out from the restroom in the morning.

I liked the airport shuttle and proximity to the airport. The room was nice and appreciated free WiFi.

Air conditioning in the room didn't work. Obviously the building is in renovation so some of that is to be understood.

- Bathroom tap didn't work, had to wash my teeth in the bath. - Bathroom sink was dirty. - Paint was scrapped and deprecated on several tiles of the bathroom. - Toilet flush was broken. - One of the phones in the room wasn't working. - Paid extra for a room with a bay view, but at ground level I only saw the cars in the parking lot.

Hotel was under construction, the reception was a mess and therefore the whole hotel was and seemed dirty. Room smelled like a smoking room but was considered to be non-smoking. Breakfast room to small due to construction
