Close to airport! Totally redoing into a Best Western. Wall paper being removed! Mattresses in hallway on first floor as you walk in! Everything in disarray! Price should have been discounted!!!

The staff in the morning was very friendly. And the airport shuttle was on time. Called the manager after I noticed that my deadbolt security lock did not work and she arrived looked at it and said there was nothing she could do. Did not feel safe without that lock working. If I had transportation and knew the area I would have switched hotels. Also the desk chair the arm had the covering ripped up on it and I feel it was not very sanitary

The shuttle service to the airport at a very early hour was mucch appreciated. It seems that other area motels have limited shuttle service hours. Condition of room and furniture was very poor and worn out...I believe there was even a bedside table was missing in the room and replaced with a wobbly loor lamp...the price of the room was way out of line with the conditions.

location near the airport allowing dogs into rooms - we were disturbed several times by a dog barking in the room across the hall. If I had wanted to hear dog barking, I would have booked a room at a kennel.

it was very clean and convenient to the airport. had a shuttle to the airport and only took about 10 minutes. one of the gentlemen that drove the shuttle was not very pleasent. he did not talk to any of us and didn't offer to help anyone into the van. other than that everything was fine.

This was the nearest hotel to Sanford Airport that I could find so I had little choice but to book it. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was more than ample and included in the price of the room. I took the free shuttle back to the airport the next day which was an added bonus as a taxi cost approx. $15. I think the price is a little steep. I paid $60 and I think $45 would be more reflective of the hotel. I would recommend the hotel only based on distance from the hotel as I am sure there are others just as clean, with free shuttle & breakfast that are further away but a great deal cheaper.

Our main reason for choosing the Holiday Inn Express Sanford-Lake Mary Area was to catch an early flight out of Orlando/Sanford International Airport, but if we had to chance to visit the hotel again, we certainly would. We found the Staff to be pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Once we got booked into a room that had been cleaned (the 1st one had not!) we were very happy with the facilities. When we walked into our 1st room, the room had not yet been cleaned. We had to call downstairs and get into a clean room. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and very convenient to the airport.

Close to airport and we had a 7 am flight out after a week of vacation in Sarasota. (Allegiant air) Everyone was very nice, it was quiet and we had a shuttle to the airport the next morning at 5. all perfect!

Convenient-close to airport, soft cookies were great, pool appeared clean but we didn't use it. Our room should have been vacumed better. I saw kernel of popcorn, someone's old toenail, yuck!

We enjoyed our stay there, but later learned that you were close to the airport for our morning departure, but not the airport that we needed.- You were close to the Sanford airport and we were departing from mco a distance of over 22 miles away.-My error not yours. We had a conversation with the desk personnel when we checked in and were talking about the distance to the airport, but the name of the airport never came up. He assumed we were wanting the Sanford airport I guess. Same as above. Wew had asked to have access top a set of scales to weigh our luggage and the scales were thought to be available but later were told that they weren'T.
