The staff were very helpful, and friendly, clean room.
wifi very slow
Staff/price was good
Location is a little weird - but still close to everything
We liked the idea of being upgraded when it was discovered we weren't happy with the room we'd been assigned. Being on the 2nd floor was much more convenient as I am handicapped, and find long walks to elevators etc. very tiring.
Not so much a bad experience but very surprised at the smallness of the rooms with very little room for moving around.
Good breakfast. Nice people at check in and very helpful. Almost liked the pillows :)
No spa or Hot Tub, didn't like paying for parking. Especially when it seems they're all made for Compact cars :/
Breakfast was good with plenty of room. Front desk was always helpful and nice.
Our fridge was totally off balance and rocky. Tried to fix it. We hung our towels to use a second day to conserve , but they took them anyway.
The bed was comfy, and the shower was great. That's about it.
We didn't get the room we booked, ended up with a view of the alley instead of the needle, had 2 beds instead of one and lost a lot of space. No room service, the breakfast is terrible, parking is a rip off and we paid 250 for a less than enjoyable stay. Won't be going back.
Quiet, convenient, comfortable
Long dark hallways and the deserted lot and garage did not feel safe. Slow elevators
Our room (2 queen beds) was a good size and it was easy to control the heating. The beds were comfy, and we liked that the shower had a double curtain and good water pressure. Breakfast hours (6:30-10:00) were fantastic!
The hand soap felt quite thick and took a while to remove completely. Overall, the breakfast selection was good. However, one morning all of the main options contained pork (these were bacon, sausages, and omelettes with ham).
I was traveling on my own with a toddler and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff in the breakfast room were excellent. The pool was just ok, small and a little dirty. Location on Aurora made it easy to get around Seattle but a little far to walk to downtown core
it was close to where I needed to be. The staff were always very helpful.
It was all decent. The breakfast was the only disappointment. While there was enough to be eaten, it emphasized offerings for a 'sweet-tooth'. I would have preferred a more robust bread for toasting and healthier choices for the start of the day.
Had a very comfy stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great.
The hotel can't help this but while I was there, there was a lot of construction work.
Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff
Location is not that good.
The location and general amenities of the hotel are great and the free breakfast is much better than most.
We've stayed here before in a much larger room so we were a bit surprised by the lack of space in this smaller room, not much room to walk around the bed. The parking is rather limited.
Big chain means you know what to expect. Lots of rooms. Clean, organised, and comfortable. Location is short walk to Needle (and monorail) and right across from a Walgreens. Nice to have a heated pool even in winter.
Not connected to Holiday Inn next door. You feel a bit like a second-class citizen when you say "charge that beer to my room" at the Holiday Inn bar, and the attendant says "we dont honour that - you have to pay cash".
The free breakfast and decent workout room
Paying for parking
Late night easier access for late arrivals. We'd travelled 16+ hours and just wanted to sleep!
Nice breakfast and very clean comfortable rooms
Comfort, breakfast & location
swing doors blocking the way
short walk to key aren, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok
housekeeping was erratic, had to ask to have garbage taken out and towels replaced. Have to pay for parking
Clean, quiet hotel. Good breakfast; staff was helpful. Close to supermarket and bus stations. Downtown is a short walk from the hotel.
The wi-fi was great and so was the breakfast.
At the price that I payed, I think I deserved more. Also, I stayed for 5 nights, yet they refused to let me be in my room for just 3 additional hours! And by the way, it was not as if the next traveler was waiting to jump into my vacated room.
Everything was great.
The hide a bed mattress was really thin and the bars could be felt when you laid on it. :(
Really liked the breakfast!
Good localization close to Seattle Center and other important places in the city. Wifi works, but it is not excellent. Time to time you need to reconnect. The room has a very good size and there are many amenities in the bathroom. Good breakfast and staff.
On weekends, you have to be very patient because the breakfast place is not enough for so many people at the same time.
