Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle - City Center    

Very attentative staff, clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast starts at 6.30am, which coincides with the check-in time for the Clipper to Victoria BC. No availabilty for a take away breakfast items pack.

Location is good, close to city centre (15 min walk) and sky needle (2 blocks away) . staff was very helpful

Had to stay in a smoking room for one night because no non-smoking room was available. Breakfast was good but served on paper trays, this is not the standard I would expect in a hotel with rooms >180$ per night.

Very close to Space Needle and still a walking distance from Pike Place Market and all other downtown areas. Quite rooms. Free Wi-fi everywhere.

Location is very good-close to Monorail, and Space needle. Also close to downtown, and most attractions. The proximity of the Emerald Grill in the Holiday Inn alongside, is quite handy, when you do not want to specifically dine in the Downtown area.

Nothing really, we have got used to the offerings of the Express Chain and like them. The one thing was irritating, was we were on the 3rd floor, and there were funny noises constantly coming from the 4th floor. We assume it was from the renovations they are busy with on the 4-6 floors.

I loved it was very close to city centre It was clean and the facilities (e.g. self-service laundry) were easy to use. The staff were very frendly and helpful. I also loved the variety of food at breakfast time.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the Wi-fi Room Internet was not always availabe. There were times when it was hard to connect. Yet, I could connect at least at one point during a day.

Everything was great, no complaints.

Front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast menu had a good selection and we found it very convenient. Also, the food and service at the Emerald Grill was very good. It was great not having to leave the hotel area to eat.

Rooms facing highway 99 had alot of traffic noise all through the night.

Close to the center and at walking distance from Space Needle, Science museum, very easy to get there from I-5,even with construction detours.

The breakfast room was too crowded, not much place to sit.

The location was perfect and so was all of the staff and the breakfast was a bonus thank you. the added availabilty to the baseball game via your shuttle drivers

there was nothing that I did not like - only the walk up the stairs to the third floor which was only once as you are improving your establishment

The ease of getting to the Seattle center and the breakfast was great.

The mattress was very firm and made my back stiff the first night.

Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful! They have a wonderful demeanor and attitude and I was very pleased with their service! Thank you!

Parking was sparse

Your rate not fair so smell in Lobi &hallway just like marjuna iBook $119 but billing me $149 it s cheating no free parking I never see pay parking in hotel

Noisy from outside

A nice clean hotel. Good breakfast with a nice variety . The internet was very poor in all areas of the hotel. I recommend try the back of the building . No view but also no street noise.

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, and nice size tv with cable, free wifi and breakfast. The breakfast was decent as well. Got what we paid for then more in my opion. Will use holiday inn again for sure!

The booking website stated free parking and was then billed $20 for it. $20 for 2 nights of parking in Seattle downtown is really cheap so I never mentioned on check out.
