Quiet room and comfortable bed. Awesome!

Bathroom a little small..but can't complain. It worked for us.

The location, breakfast, 5am airport shuttle service and the desk attendant where great. The bed felt like there was always something biting me. I could not sleep. I arrived at 9 pm or so and set a 4am wake-up call for departure at 5am. I was able to fall asleep at 2am after struggling with the feeling of being bitten on my legs and arms.

Cleanliness with very friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was good for me since I cannot eat wheat or dairy. I got satisfied. Very quiet even though, I believe, the hotel was quite full.

The stairs leading only to the outside. I like taking the stairs but I had to jump into the elevator to get to the lobby. I took them anyway and just got the elevator. It took me awhile to find them, also, as usually by the elevator. Come to find out they were right outside my door. Convenient!!!

The speedy shuttle pick up, check-in, friendly service, and offers of complimentary ammenities, water and popcorn at check-in. My luggage was delayed in Philadelphia so it was a very comforting offer at midnight when I checked in. Thank you very much!

Cooks and House keepers. I Dropped twenty dollar and they found it and put it where I later found.

Very clean. Exceptional staff. Rooms comfy. Affordable.

The room had issues. Large cracks between walls and fixtures. Ie... Backsplash and wall in bathroom, base trim falling off, grout on tile in bath on floor missing, actually cut foot on it small but still drew blood.

The noise above and beside your room. The person above us stayed up late and walked back and forth. The floor squeaked and squeaked and then in the morning it started all over again, at a very early hour. The bathroom noise and the ease of hearing the people talking in the room beside us, was not appreciated. It made us wonder if they could hear us talking in a normal to quiet voice.

We had an afternoon to spend before our flight left the next morning so booked a suite. It was great to have a separate sitting room where we could relax. There was also a fridge and microwave so we purchased some drinks and sandwiches for the evening. The breakfast in the morning was also very good.

The location near the airport in Seattle, and the price. The room was fine.

The check-in staff could use a bit more professionalism. The waste- baskets in the breakfast area overflowed very quickly in the morning. Not very appetizing.

The continental breakfast was very good.
