Holiday Inn Express Seward Harbor  

Close to everything, easy to find, beautiful views from any window you would look from in the whole place. Great Internet,

No milk in the fridge in your room, which would be easy to do.

The location is right on the harbor boardwalk, beautiful setting!

The wind was blowing very hard, lots of wind noise in my room.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool/spa was too crowded.

it was a bit loud

The hotel itself was fine. When we checked in, the lady was very friendly and gave us upgrades for our priority club for free, and were told we would also receive a 10% military discount on checking out. Not only did we never receive our discount, the new lady checking us out was rude and argumentative. After a few minutes she did reluctantly agree & told me she had applied the discount, but that nirmally you don't offer it. However my bank has still yet to show any discount at all!

The beds were not the greatest.

Loved the location and the Great view of the harbor! The staff is friendly and truly makes you feel at home. The Best Hotel in Seward! Don't stay anywhere else! They have a frig, microwave and coffee maker in the rooms. Nice touch. Get a balcony room facing the harbor and you won't be disappointed.

Loved everything, but the only negative thing was the free breakfast. The food is ok and the coffee not so good. The breakfast is free so you can't really complain. You can get Starbucks down the street at Safeway.

the view was spectacular - the room was very comfortable and accommidating.

the smell from the neighboring fish company was at times unpleasant.- but it's a fishing village, so it's to be expected.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was nice. It has a great view of the dock. The breakfast was good and had many options. The free WiFi is also nice to have.

Die Lage unmittelbar am Hafen hat uns sehr gut gefallen

classico holiday inn express pulito moderno e confortevole. personale disponibile. colazione nella media. postazione internet nella hall disponibile e wi-fi free in tutte le stanze.

hotel lontano dal centro. se non siete appassionati di pesca e non intendete partire da seward per un tour in barca ai ghiacciai o visitare il sealife center, potete anche evitare di soggiornare qui. non c'è granché da vedere...

On arrival at 4pm our room wasn't't ready to check into, staff were rude, no apology given. We returned at 11pm to check in, staff at front desk rude again. Wifi not available in rooms despite being advertised as being available throughout. The following morning we found blood stains on the inside of the shower curtain, staff at front desk were informed on check out. They just said "our housekeeping staff clearly aren't doing their job properly". Overall expensive for what you get, staff unfriendly and unhelpful, would not be staying here again

Frühstück teilweise mangelhaft (kein Joghurt, kein Pancakes). Kaum Platz im Frühstücksbereich.

The Holiday Inn was everything we could have wanted! Hotel staff was polite and helpful without exception. The Pool was a nice feature; close to the elevator, clean and well maintained.
