need to know about shuttle pickup at airport, this info was not found
When I called them in the morning for Airport Shuttle timings, I was told to call in the evening. After reaching SFO airport, I tried to call three times, but no response. There is no much attention for the queries. Facilities average.
Clean, comfort bed
Parking is not free, but I still could not find the space sometime. One staff of front desk is not friendly.
breakfast was just horrible, and those plastic cutlery and single use plates.... all that wastage created for nothing!
I stayed here for 4 nights with my parents before we headed out to San Jose. Although we decided to stay a little further out of town there was good transportation options. Firstly the shuttle bus was great as we arrived later in the evening as they run every half an hour. Once you're at the airport there is a telephone at every hotel shuttle shelter so you're able to call the hotel and asks what time the next bus is coming. We waited for about ten minutes and arrived at the hotel ten minutes later. In terms of getting into town there were a couple of options. You can either get the shuttle bus back to airport and get the Bart train into downtown or if you have a little more time you can catch the 292 or 397 Sam Tran bus (although we never caught the 397 always the 292). It was only $2 out to San Fran but $4 to get back to the hotel please be warned it could take up to 40 minutes to get to downtown. The buses do not give change so if you can try have the correct amount. We found out before we left that you could purchase a "clipper card" which is a prepaid card where you can use on all transportations bus, tram, train, ferry etc. so whilst you're at the station it could be a good idea to get one with a minimum prepaid amount of $3. The breakfast at the hotel was great as it had a good selection of hot and cold food. A small gym and spa which was useful after eating so much (esp. as Mc D's is next door when you're having a pecking moment) ! Overall, a great hotel, friendly staff and lots of food for breakfast.
very acceptable airport motel
Nice hotel, close to airport
Came at midnight and figured out my confirmed booking doesn't exist. The hotel didn't agree that it's his mistake and claimed they're not committed to booking.com Only after a long fight, we got another room with different specifications. Very poor service and stuff at night shift.
The location. Should be more specific bec we went to the holiday inn instead of holiday inn express.
Staff was great, breakfast was a pretty good spread, hotel is newly renovated, WiFi in rooms is pretty good
Internet connection in Business Center was a little suspect
Warm, friendly staff, only stayed the one night, hope to return some day.
That my stay was short
The staff at this hotel was the friendliness I have ever encountered at ANY hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The morning staff supplying the complimentary breakfast was challenged with keeping the flow of good and beverages .
It's a Holiday Inn Express--very reliable accommodations. Clean Very close/convenient to airport Nice breakfast with decent coffee
Parking fee seems unnecessary Lots of traffic is you are going into city
Room was nice.
Breakfast good and friendly staff.
AC/heating system extremely loud going on and off all night waking us up.
The breakfast was very complete. The location to the airport was great
Spa and the beds were comfortable
All the added fees on top!! just make sure you know what you are in for before you stay. A tax to park my car!! Whats that???
It is just an ok cheap hotel. Problem is I paid $250 for the night.
Gym v basic but all things worked. What was shocking was the quality if breakfast, plastic cutlery that must be te cheapest China makes. Paper cups, plates. And I thought California was supposed to be environmentally friendly. Food v poor, meat and eggs looked terrible. Coffee however was ok. But in UK no hotel would operate in this manner.
breakfast was not very good.
My reservation was canceled due to an issue with the credit card. The hotel just canceled the reservation without letting me know. At 11pm I was lucky that they had one single room left but what would have happened otherwise? Very upsedt about it! Other hotels send you an email at least or make the effort to find out your number and call you... Location is on the one site very good because it is literally next to the airport but it is very noisy even during the night due to the planes flying over the hotel in low altitute!
Close to airport
Limited. And no long term parking
Everything but wish it had a bar with snacks and libations
Paying to park when parking was so inadequate...
