Good gym- dumbells went up to 60 lbs. Room was clean and comfortable

The staff was excellent. They really went out of their way to help. Dave and Fred were really great. They joked with the kids and made then feel at home.

No big complaints,but it was a little far from dc. Price made it worth it.

Great Location, Brand new facilities, Helpful staff. Free Parking. From the point when you walk through the door that nice clean smell welcomes you, and makes you feel like home. Amazing beds, I want to buy one of those for my house.

I did not like that I was put in a handicap accessible room. I am glad your hotel accomates for handicap, but not being handicap, the shower was not very convenient. The water spilled out onto the floor, as the drain did not catch it, and it was hard to use the bathroom without getting your feet wet. Also, we were put at the end of the hall, and their must of been a team who shared the rest of the hall. The children were unsupervised and were up late running up and down the hall and slamming doors.

Good location and reasonable price. Pleasant front desk staff. Clean facilities.

On our last day, we departed at 12:00 am and returned at 3:50 pm. Our room was not made up. No card was in the door requesting "Relaxtion." Called the front desk and learned the cleaning staff leaves at 4:00 pm. No one was available eventhough it was not yet 4:00 pm. The Desk Clerk brought fresh wash and bath towels at my request.

the location was very good with a free shuttle to metro station,staff was so friendly,free wifi was great and fast as well,price is reasonable.

there's only one staff which was rude with us,i don't rememmber her name but she is the day shift,thin and a little black,she was dealing with us as she owns the hotel,hope she can learn from the rest of the staff as all were great..

Very clean and cosy hotel, very friendly staff. A free shuttle service is provided to the 1st metro station at Yellow line. The price for the weekends is twice less than during the week

Being releatively new it was very clean, the staff was very accomadating and the location for me to Dc was convienent as the Metro is but a few minutes away on the hotels shuttle.

I was assigned a handicap room (I'm not handicapped) and the bathroom is less than desirable in terms of counter space. The bath towels are stored outside the bathroom and the tub was so slick that I nearly took a header..these items were discussed with the manager in a very friendly manner..I'll know better the next time I visit notto letthem put me in a handicap room The slick tub is a rare thing in commericalfacilities and I only mentioned it to the manager for their sake to save someone getting injured.

This was our first stay at this Holiday Inn. Everything was even better than expected. The room was spotless and the entire hotel was clean. I had a light bulb go out and it was replaced within the hour. The front desk staff always greeted us when we came and went. The breakfast was enjoyable with average variety. There is no pool but the staff made a point to let us know that by showing our room card we could use their sister hotel next door. The front paring lot fills up quickly at night but the rear lot is very well lit. The best is that it was a great value for the price.

It would have been nicer if there were some pancakes or a waffle machine at the breakfast area. Not a big deal though, we will return.

No restaurant

My first room was directly under the breakfast area. At 4:30am the staff starts preparation. The sounds of walking back and forth made it impossible to sleep. I complained at the desk and I was told my room would be changed as soon as the rooms were cleaned up. When I returned from work at the end of the day I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that for some inexplicable reason I was not given a new room. The person at the desk said there wasn't anything he could do. I said I was checking out and I refused to pay for the first night. I was asked to wait and eventually after a call to a manager I was given compensation for the first night and a new room.

Huge rooms, extremely friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle to subway prompt and on demand.

Very loud air conditioner in room--so much that you could not have it on and hear tv or conversation. Excellent breakfast but everything "to go" style--plastic and styrofoam instead of proper mugs and cutlery. Also, no on site restaurant, so lunch and dinners must go out or order in.

Far better than anticipated...and easy to get into DC, yet being where we needed for our meetings.

Housekeeping had failed to remove used coffee pod from coffeemaker from prior guest. In my opinion, that is a big oversight.

I was unable to call from my cell phone i had no service the whole weekend. Also habing to walk to the other hotel for a pool was alot because we had problems gettng in, it was cold outside, and the life guard wasnt nice at all.

Everything was fine except there coffee must be improved.

Not the prettiest location, but close to the Metro for easy access to Washington (they offer a shuttle service to and from).
